  1. deletion number of emials at one time

    one should be able to choose how many emails are offered for deletion at one time. Mine ranges from 40 to over 100 when i ask to delete. Or set it around 100 please.

  2. Filters are not Applying Correctly

    I have 4 different Yahoo accounts I have been using for most of my 60 years of life. I am wanting to consolidate my emails. When I go to set my filters on any of my 2nd, 3rd or 4th accounts, it keeps defaulting to my 1st account folder structure. It seems it is limiting my choices to filter to my 1st account.

    The good news, is it allows me to "create" a new folder, but when I attempt to use it on subsequent filters, it does not find the newly created folder.

  5. BLOCK JUNK despite minor changes to the base sender email address

    I am having considerable difficulty blocking spam email from continually hitting my spam inbox. I have blocked spam email each time I receive them. The sender's email is changed just enough to allow delivery. These junk emails go to my Spam folder, but these keep coming. I have been a Yahoo email user for 20 years and this annoyance has continually gotten worse over the years. Now I receive upwards of 30+ junk email/day! I feel Yahoo shoud be responsible for suppressing junk I have identified. I recommend Yahoo set up an AI search to identify these email with a…

  6. blocked email addresses and domains

    BLOCKED EMAIL addresses and DOMAINS:
    1. I need more blocked addresses and you don't tell me how to get more.
    2. I should be able to SORT my blocked addresses and domains, to make cleanup easier.
    3. I should be able to multi-select blocked addresses and domains for easier deletion.
    4. I should be able to EDIT blocked addresses and domains.
    5. AI needs to be factored in. If I add a Blocked DOMAIN, it should automatically remove all blocked email addresses that have that domain off my list of blocked addresses. I HAVE TO DO THIS ALL MANUALLY !?!?!

  9. Background color theme for email page

    You have changed the option of choosing a background color theme to a BLINDING WHITE EMAIL PAGE. I totally dislike not having this option anymore! I prefer dark pages, which are easier on the eyes! Bring it back!

    I am writing as a long-time user to express my disappointment regarding the recent reduction of free Yahoo Mail storage from 1TB to just 20GB. Many users, including myself, chose Yahoo Mail specifically because its 1TB offer far exceeded what other providers like Gmail and Outlook provided and positioned Yahoo as a uniquely user-friendly leader in the market.

    When I asked, can I change size of the font in my old inbox email, this is the link I got: "Customize your inbox theme, font size and layout in Yahoo Mail." Simply, I could NOT change the size. Thank you for your time.

    Do not delete emails sent to me, without asking first! I've had my account since the early 2000's, but oldest mail is from April 2024. You are deleting my life!!!
