Video Ads & Sound Autoplay
Stop Video Ads and Sound from playing. It interrupts my conversations and everything else. If I like the ad, I will click on it. Do you want people to switch to other mail providers because of a simple fix? You need to post ads, I get it, but they do not need to autoplay. It's 2024. Other Email Providers are not doing this. I don't want to change my autoplay settings for all websites just because of yours.

Unable to log in unless I make new password EVERY TIME
I log in to Yahoo and AOL four or five times every day, always using the same computer for ten years, and have to get a text or email EVERY TIME and then create a NEW PASSWORD EVERY TIME. This is asinine. Since it is impossible to contact anyone specifically or even CHAT for an explanation, I'm left wondering if maybe Yahoo and AOL are looking for viewers to leave the sites. There are too many layers for login and it is difficult to log into e-mail account. Please change it back. We do not need verification every time when we login.

Mail App needs Ability for User to Change Language
You forced me from Cox.net while I was on vacation in Mexico. Now the Yahoo Mail app on the web site is "hard coded" to Spanish WHICH I DO NOT SPEAK. Also, Yahoo notifications are sent in Spanish. Setting language settings in profile DOES NOT CHANGE the mail app, but Yahoo sites keep saying so. I have spent hours with Yahoo tech support and two days later, Yahoo is still in Spanish. What's so wrong with the user being able to select any language they want or SPEAK for mail? Auto-setting by IP address only is really a bad idea.…

Too many changes in settings that can't be edited
Don't need the Scheduled email and now every email I open says Forwarding which I can't find a setting to clear please fix. This just makes it more unlikely I would ever pay for something I don't have choices in!

Add Inbox back on mail filter
There used to an option to select Inbox folder while creating a mail filter. I don't see it any more, which prevents whitelisting of an e-mail address to stop it from going to spam. Please add Inbox back on the folder options.
