  1. bring back the old e-mail

    The new inbox format is a disaster. It has lost the ability to sort by sender. That feature is extremely important when clearing junk messages from my in-box. You had a good system years ago, then you decided to make it look more like google mail and ruined it.

    Hi there. The option to sort by sender is available only if you have Conversations turned off. To see this, go to Settings>More Settings>Viewing email>Group by conversation. 

  2. "No New Emails" message in the top tab

    Why does it now say "No new emails" in the tab at the top? Previously that tab just contained my email address and - Yahoo Mail, unless there actually was new mail. Now the extra unnecessary words makes it look like there IS new mail when just glancing at it quickly. Is there any way to opt out of this?

  4. Stop making us wait an hour because you cannot "process our account at this time". You look ridiculous.

    Twice today I've been told to wait for an hour before I can sign into my account on my desktop. And it's only 10 am where I am. I have used Yahoo Mail as my main email for many years and this never used to happen. Now it's happening every day. Are you trying to force us to only access our mail on our phones?   6. annoying and inconvenient.

    Without any feedback, Coxmail switched to Yahoo mail. It sucks! I could get my email on all my devices without logging into coxmail. With Yahoo, I have to log-in every time I want to read my mail. It is annoying and inconvenient.

  7. Please add a send scheduled mail feature.

    This would help keep track of when to send out certain emails. Also, I sometimes write emails late at night so I don't want to send them at that time.

    Hi I came across this offering from Proton mail "https://proton.me/support/proton-plans#proton-mail-plus" and I was wondering if there is something similar that I can pay for or being offered by yahoo.

    I am more interested in these offerings "15 GB Drive storage", "Access to VPN", "Access to Password Manager", "Short domain email address" and "Email client support (via IMAP/SMTP and Proton Mail Bridge)" which are all being offered in the same package.

  10. Useless Text on my blank email

    Of course you only offer PAID help but your App frustrates the **** out of me as somewhere, and i never touched settings or anything, EACH EMAIL SAYS AT BOTTOM "PLEASE SIGN ME IN" and i do not need that stupid text included in my emails BUT NO ONE CAN TELL ME HOW TO ELIMINATE!!!

    i gonna report to scam watch.
    beap.gemini.yahoo.com is adware which once on your system will change your browser setting and default homepage. It is a non-malware program we commonly refer to as a PUA or Potentially Unwanted Application

  14. Yahoo Mail look has changed since yesterday (this morning)

    I had done much in the last few days in the 'original interface', did much cleanup and reorganization of my folders, sorted through email and organized, deleted very much from past history.

    This morning I could see this first thing when I opened Yahoo mail. After a bit went to review and compose me mail. Interface was different (with a dark background) and none of this was available and all email and folders I had organized had disappeared.

    I am at a loss. There was so much I was working on and some historical email and information is now gone.…

    Too small, I can hardly read it and there does not seem an option to have the font bigger, only to put space between . Too hard to read. I want to go back to the former layout now!

  17. I realize that you can't get by without advertising but why do you insist on flooding my ad content with TEMU products. They are foreign so

    why do you insist on flooding my ad content with TEMU products. They are foreign sourced and if there is a problem it makes to sense to ship it back to CHINA. Stop allowing TEMU to flood your advertising space AND give me the option to stop getting ads from some vendors.

    I wonder why if yahoo is aware there are many scams and phishing attacks why isn't there a option to report as scam. We have the option to report as spam. But I wonder why yahoo as a email provider doesnt do more to help their users combat all the scams

  19. Extremely unfriendly help site. Continuous problems trying to access mail with 2 step verification which doesn't bloody work.

    Spent hours trying to access Yahoo mail. Cannot get past the 2 step verification as it does not send a verification code to my android mobile phone. Just about ready to uninstall the whole thing. Days of emails waiting for me to address. Worst thing I ever did was to accept the option of 2 step verification. AND I can't even sign in to post this complaint.
