Enable stop 18+ adverts!
NEED TO BE able to remove 18+/adult adverts. I dont want to see them ever. But in the windows version there is no way of removing them temporarily. Very poor and disgusting attempt at trying to force to pay for ad free.

Storage Full and I can't upgrade.
I live in Thailand. I got the 'Add Storage' upgrade plan email from Yahoo, but it isn't an option due to regional limitations. And now I can not receive or send any email. I've been trying to delete mails for years yet it still is not enough. I don't think this is a good user experience.

Posting here anyway because there's no other way for me to get ahold of someone at yahoo. Paid subscription to reset password is WRONG. We've been using yahoo for years without complaints and to be asked to pay money in order to gain access to our account is wrong. Please provide a FREE customer service line or and EMAIL to contact someone.

You need to tell users how much storage they are using. It is not fair to ask us to increase storage when we have no idea how much is in use.

Why can't you flag anything as spam when the sender's email address is absurdly long? Or let us filter out any email from a specific domain?

Issue with Yahoo Mail Plus 100GB Payment
Dear Yahoo Support,
I would like to subscribe to the Yahoo Mail Plus 100GB plan using my Visa credit card issued in Indonesia. However, the payment form requires selecting a U.S. state, and when I tried PayPal, it only allows U.S. accounts.
Could you please provide a way or payment link that works for international users with credit cards from Indonesia?

Why is it that you can't check emails anymore and then go to the dropdown and label them spam anymore? It was much easier to do it that way. I don't know how to do that now. Some changes are not good at all.

Not clear why I'm over the mail storage
I have 3 different email accounts. Are you combining all 3 and informing that the storage is 20GB, or each one is 20 GB? Also, last 2 weeks I have deleted more than 4 GB of emails and not needed attachments, still the storage shows over the quota, the message does not provide enough information. Can you please take a look?

yahoo mail is getting worst
The new yahoo mail is horrible to use. It is super sensitive and when I'm typing my email, it often times delete my emails. I can't find it anywhere, not in trash nor draft, so all my work writing the email is gone- super frustrating. I can't find the trash folder, nor the setting icon so I can switch back to the classic yahoo mail. I'm thinking of setting up a new account with another email company since yahoo mail is not customer friendly and hard to use.

Allow delivery emails not received by customers during "limited service" caused by insufficient memory.
When the storage limit for free emails (20 Gbytes) is reached, the owner of the email address is warned in an email, typically at the end of the month, with a header "URGENT: You’re over your storage limit, act now to avoid service disruption". I received such an email on July 28 but somehow didn't notice it and did not respond.
On August 27 another email from yahoo@email.cc.yahoo.com with the header "URGENT: You’ve exceeded your storage – email service is now limited" and after that Yahoo IMMEDIATELY stopped delivering emails sent to me.

I hate the new email platform
I have had a yahoo email account for 20 years and this last iteration has just about broken me. This platform has made the previous functionality clunky in the extreme. The display is so crowded that it's hard to see my messages effectively. There is no layout that allows me to see the entire width of a message -- I have to slide things left or right to read all the text. I opted to be able to see the whole email but now i have to click on it to see the message text and click again to go…
