  4. The ads are interfering with business mail

    I tried closing the feature but the link doesn't work. I have wasted a lot of my time but have been unable to stop the ads. We do not pay to see the interfering ads. Suddenly how can you start them without checking.

  5. Why am I getting ads on my business email? I'm paying a monthly fee for this email address and resent that I have to see ads.

    Why am I getting ads on my business email? I'm paying a monthly fee for this email address and resent that I have to see ads. Worse, when the ads change, its blocks my typing. I'm writing a business message and you are impeding my ability to write my message. This is utterly unprofessional. It seems that you are begging me to move my email to a new company.

    I DON'T PAY YAHOO TO SEE ADS!!! DO THIS ON YOUR FREE EMAIL ACCOUNTS BUT DO NOT THINK THAT YOU CAN DO THIS ON A SERVICE THAT I PAY FOR!!! I WILL TRANSFER ALL OF MY DOMAINS TO GO DADDY IF YOU DO NOT REMOVE THE ADS!

  8. spam filters

    Spam filters of yahoo mail are broken. Once a user marks a sender as not spam, the emails must land in inbox. It does not happen. Yahoo must fix this at the earliest or they will see mass migration to gmail.

  9. Yahoo doesn't offer ANY support

    Yeah I read that Yahoo doesn't offer support on this forum, but I'm posting here anyway because they don't offer any kind of support anywhere else unless you sign up for monthly payments. For support. ***. So, I have a few old email accounts, somehow they ended up as each other's recovery email. i have the correct password for each, so I should be able to log in, but I'm stuck in a loop of each email sending recovery emails to the other account, that I can't access because Yahoo won't let me log in to either. Like what

  10. Can't Sign In

    I'm no longer able to sign into one of my old accounts. This wouldn't be an issue for me and I'd just make a new one normally.. but this one's my name and I'd really like to have it back. Is there any way that I can get some help accessing it? Also, I have multiple accounts that are attached to it that I need to change my information on.

    Hope that I can get some feedback on this!

  11. android unread doesn't synchronize

    The Android Yahoo! Mail application doesn't synchronize properly with the web app. After cleaning out all unread mail and spam using the web application and emptying both the trash and spam folders the Android mobile app continues to show unread mail which I've removed for a considerable time afterwards, minutes at least, longer. In addition to automatic synchronization (which isn't working) it would be nice to have a control to synchronize manually.

  12. Locked out email

    Yahoo locked me out of my account, to sign on I had to request a code, this was sent to the account I cannot open, cleaver move. The 1-800 help line to fix the problem Yahoo created is a member only help line, cleaver once again. I lost all my contacts, years of email addresses, thanks a lot Yahoo.

  13. moving mail from spam to another folder makes it disappear

  14. When searching email it does not give accurate results.

    When I search email for specific email addresses I often get no results even though I am looking right at one of the emails I am searching for. How do I or you fix this problem?

  16. forwarding setup doesn't work

    I have never been able to verify a forwarding action.
    Following the procedure from the source account, I receive the verification email in the destination account and click "Verify". That causes a new tab to open saying that I must sign out of my current (destination) account and sign in to the source account. When I do that, there is no further activity and nothing has changed.

    The source account is not currently in use, and I wish for any emails received in that account to be forwarded to my regular account. This is a paid business email account.

  17. Yahoo will not let me log in anymore on my browser.

    I have even changed my password because the sign-in screen just keeps refreshing but gives no indication of what's wrong. With the new password I still can't log in. No explanation. Is this a temporary glitch? Or does this mean I have to abandon my yahoo account? I've had it for 20 years. I have lots of saved messages in there. Somebody help!

    I have this email since 19s, and now when I search for any old e-mail it only shows searches for e-mails in 2019. This is very Sad for me.
    Please help fix that as soon as possible

  19. Support for use.

    Are you at Yahoo actually looking at this. No support is offered without paying a fee. I have had an account for 40 years or so. With all the ads I see you should be able to offer at least minimal support, not just robots. I can find that much info (in better detail) on Google. Everything leads back to the paid service page. "Gee we just need a credit card number!"

  20. Receiving a Live support a from a Yahoo mail Pro should be much easy & without having to jump through lots of hoops since we paying for it.

    There should be a "Contact Live" button when we reach out to support. I realize you have tons of "possible" answers but most of the time it doesn't answer our specific problem/question.
