spam filters
Spam filters of yahoo mail are broken. Once a user marks a sender as not spam, the emails must land in inbox. It does not happen. Yahoo must fix this at the earliest or they will see mass migration to gmail.
We’d like to look more into this, would you be so kind to send us a DM on Twitter at @YahooCare, containing your Yahoo ID and a screenshot of your experience? If you’d prefer Facebook, please send us a private message on our Yahoo Customer Care page.

I check my spam folder constantly, and I have to move almost everything to the inbox (except for fake notices that my Paypal account has been suspended). The spam filter for some reason identifies email from long term friends as spam on a random basis. I would prefer to just turn off the spam filter.

I can confirm spam filter of Yahoo is a piece of shit, especially in foreign languages, like hungarian. No matter I marked a sender as "not spam", it keeps throwing those e-mails to the spam folder. Randomly of course, sometimes do, sometimes not. Sometimes I see the email in inbox, on next login it is in spam folder. I missed a lot of important email (order status, job searching related, etc.) because of this. For f**k's sake, at least, give us the option to disable it or I'll leave to gmail or any other, because I'm getting tired of this.
