Help us, help you: Add some App Specific Password suggestions to your help section when you search for things like "How to get Outlook for Windows or Mac to check yahoo mail". There was no indication that I needed to generate a NEW App Specific password or use one. Your error messages are just not up to date nor do they indicate or point you in the direction of the problem. Please consider improving your self HELP section with more information.

Allow to use same phone # when creating new address
Sometimes, people want to create a new version of their email address, therefore creating it under the same account. Why in God's name, would you REQUIRE a DIFFERENT phone # for verification of a new email on THE SAME ACCOUNT?!?!? I personally only have ONE phone number. I'm not buying multiple burner #'s in order to sign up for multiple emails under the same account. You took away aliases, remember? THAT addressed the initial concern. Not only has the subscription increased ~ 70%, but it is now a monthly subscription ($5/mo), with no annual option. Monthly subscription costs are a nuisance! Please bring back the annual option!

Yahoo! Mail keeps closing when I download attachments (Firefox)
I'm using the most up-to-date version of Firefox, although this was happening on previous versions too. When I download an email attachment, I frequently find that the Yahoo! Mail tab shuts down, and I have to click on another tab and hit Reopen closed tab to get it back. It's really annoying. Please can you work out what causes this problem and/or solve it?

Can't Registere Mobile Number or Generate an app password, caused by Yahoo failures.
Yahoo Mail has depressed me. It refuses me from registering a recovery U.K mobile phone No., which means I can't generate an app password to use with Outlook. Bloody Bonkers. Yahoo SORT THIS PROBLEM OUT. You are beginning to annoy me.

Giving a Yahoo email address to someone else.
Don’t know if this appropriate here but can’t find a way to get an answer elsewhere. I use my Yahoo email account for a role I held in the Surrey bowling world until November ‘22. Someone else has now taken over the role and would like to takeover the email address I was using. Can anyone help?

Develop a way to eliminate the Dash character in the disposable address. I have found several web sites that will not allow email addresses with a dash in the local field so even though I would like to use a disposable address with them I cannot because of the dash. When talking to their customer service I am told they deny its use as a security feature???? If the dash is an important part of your decoding of where to send the incoming email the perhaps you could allow a limited number disposable addresses without a dash.

I'd like to to see add an additional tab to the right of Spam: "Suspected Fraud, Scam, Phishing or Similar."
I'd like to to see add an additional tab to the right of Spam: "Suspected Fraud, Scam, Phishing or Similar." With enough readers' flags of a particular email, or if clearly deemed as a hoax by Yahoo, it would be moved to spam or send to the FTC or FBI, etc.. At the least it might help to protect unsuspecting consumers from fraud and with luck stop the perpetrators through legal action.
