    I "starred" a couple of messages in my inbox last night. Today, they have disappeared. Why are my messages disappearing? I also tried filtering the messages by "starred". The messages I highlighted last night are still missing.

  5. Improve Storage for free accounts.

    Improve Storage for free accounts.
    I've been a client for over 20y. Since Yahoo was my primary mail, I've accumulated over 60G of space. It took me over 4hours to cleanup ~20G because you only allow to clean up to
    10000 emails via Mobile app and/or
    2000 - via web at a time and I wanted/needed to be selective.
    Proposing:
    a) raise/restore limit - at least "grandfather" existing accounts
    b) provide a way to locally bulk-archive and or migrate to a different vendor free-account
    c) improve cleaning

    Please, keep in-mind - your customers can also be your parent company customers…

  8. auto forward specific emails in yahoo mail plus

    I have been a yahoo email user for close to 30 years. I pay monthly for a plus email account. i just found out i cannot set up an auto forwarding rule to send specific emails to another email address. Even free email accounts offer this service. I've used it for Gmail and MS Outlook. I think this is a big miss by your company, especially for paying customers. Get with the program, guys. This is not satisfactory at all.

  9. Easy deletion of existing emails.

    I want to delete all emails of mine on yahoo and every time I start the process the system drops it effectively doing NO deletions. Yet I'm being told that if I don't reduce my Yahoo emails in 3 weeks my account will be inoperable.
    Tell me how to easily and simply delete my emails.

  10. how am I supposed to delete emails when your email client is a slow clunky piece of ******* ****?

    Your email client is pure trash, you make it impossible to navigate thru all the email and so impossible to delete all this **** email because every time I try to scroll in your piece of **** mail client it freezes up and stops loading the emails. But you knew that already and no I am not paying for your **** email client upgrade stupidity. Just make your client usable rightnow it is just a big piece of ****.

    To Yahoo Mail Product Team,

    I am writing as a long-time user to express my disappointment regarding the recent reduction of free Yahoo Mail storage from 1TB to just 20GB. Many users, including myself, chose Yahoo Mail specifically because its 1TB offer far exceeded what other providers like Gmail and Outlook provided and positioned Yahoo as a uniquely user-friendly leader in the market.

  13. Unable to Upgrade Yahoo Mail – Checkout Error

    Hello,
    I am trying to upgrade my Yahoo Mail account (sincanfish@yahoo.com) by starting a free trial, but I keep getting the following error on the checkout page:

    "It's not you, it's us. But we're working on our issues. Come back soon."

    I have entered all my billing information correctly, but the page does not proceed further. I have tried refreshing, using different browsers, and devices.

    Could you please help me resolve this issue so I can complete the upgrade?

    My account is anapisarn@yahoo.com and My name is Anucha Apisarnthanarak. I cannot pay for increase storage. During payment, there is no country option (I am from Thailand). Also, when I submit state. There is no state in Thailand too. Please help advice and fix system. So, I can pay for upgrade my storage.

    I have not received any password reset emails in my mailbox. This issue has occurred multiple times—for example, with Prudential and the MasterCard job application account reset. Please check and reset the email settings.

  17. make multiple email selection work properly

    Basic functionality does not work I would like to select multiple emails for deletion but when I use the shift key a pop up shows up preventing the section. How do mess up basic Design so badly and make your mail app unusable

  18. Change the Not Spam function so it doesn't delete the message

    I didn't expect the Not Spam function in the Spam folder to completely delete the email. It was tickets to the ballet! This function is misleading and should be renamed, or a warning given that the email is about to be deleted. I have had to contact Yahoo to retrieve the email, which seems to be a waste of your time.

  20. Unable to Make Payment

    I tried to upgrade but on the payment page there is no option to add Canadian provinces and the payment would not go through. It is also asking for zip codde and what we have is postal code. My storage is almost full and I need to get additional storage by Aug 27th.
