forwarding setup doesn't work
I have never been able to verify a forwarding action.
Following the procedure from the source account, I receive the verification email in the destination account and click "Verify". That causes a new tab to open saying that I must sign out of my current (destination) account and sign in to the source account. When I do that, there is no further activity and nothing has changed.The source account is not currently in use, and I wish for any emails received in that account to be forwarded to my regular account. This is a paid business email account.

Yahoo will not let me log in anymore on my browser.
I have even changed my password because the sign-in screen just keeps refreshing but gives no indication of what's wrong. With the new password I still can't log in. No explanation. Is this a temporary glitch? Or does this mean I have to abandon my yahoo account? I've had it for 20 years. I have lots of saved messages in there. Somebody help!

Mail Search
I have this email since 19s, and now when I search for any old e-mail it only shows searches for e-mails in 2019. This is very Sad for me.

Support for use.
Are you at Yahoo actually looking at this. No support is offered without paying a fee. I have had an account for 40 years or so. With all the ads I see you should be able to offer at least minimal support, not just robots. I can find that much info (in better detail) on Google. Everything leads back to the paid service page. "Gee we just need a credit card number!"

Receiving a Live support a from a Yahoo mail Pro should be much easy & without having to jump through lots of hoops since we paying for it.
There should be a "Contact Live" button when we reach out to support. I realize you have tons of "possible" answers but most of the time it doesn't answer our specific problem/question.

Problem with two email addresses
I have 2 @yahoo.co.uk email addresses. Call them address1 and address2. Address1 was created first. When I log on to my email with address2 the tabs and preferences show I am logged on to address1. How could this come about and how can I separate the two addresses.

Fix your Sign-In Helper, please! I tried to log into my other account but I was not asked for a password (which I have/remember) because I'm not logged in from another devices. Instead, yahoo keeps suggesting to send a code to my mobile phone which no longer exists. And now there is no way for me to sign in even if I know my password. I have had that particular mail for ages.
There should be a way to recover your email address in a case you no longer have access to your saved mobile phone.

Some emails don't create tabs
This happens with EVERY browser on EVERY device. (It doesn't affect other emails open at the same time that do have tabs.) Some emails do not create a tab when they are opened. If you navigate away from one of these, there's no way to get back to it other than by scrolling down endlessly and hoping that you can find it. Please fix this!

Make Signing In Easier !
Make signing in easier. Am still being told my verification address does not exist. Have read your reply but have done nothing unusual. My verification address does exist. You say my recovery code is wrong but it is the only one you gave me. Never had this problem with Classic Mail. It is obvious that Yahoo has a technical fault.

Seriously, Yahoo you have got this GDPR and cookies very wrong.
1) I should be able to reject a third-party taking and using my information.
2) Having a link to an external website is cheap and nasty!
3) The external links to other websites are in foreign languages, VERY WRONG AND BAD.
4) The external websites do not link to yahoo and rejecting their cookies only affects their websites not yahoo and its email account. SO I cannot reject them taking my information.SO SO BAD!

disposable addresses don't receive email
I've had disposable addresses for over 10 years and now besides many of the already existing issues, I'm not able to receive emails sent to them. If I try to send to them from another address I get:
"554 delivery error: dd This user doesn't have a yahoo.com account (*******-basename@yahoo.com) [-9] - mta4390.mail.ne1.yahoo.com"
