  1. Problem with two email addresses

    I have 2 @yahoo.co.uk email addresses. Call them address1 and address2. Address1 was created first. When I log on to my email with address2 the tabs and preferences show I am logged on to address1. How could this come about and how can I separate the two addresses.

  3. Fix your Sign-In Helper, please!

    Fix your Sign-In Helper, please! I tried to log into my other account but I was not asked for a password (which I have/remember) because I'm not logged in from another devices. Instead, yahoo keeps suggesting to send a code to my mobile phone which no longer exists. And now there is no way for me to sign in even if I know my password. I have had that particular mail for ages.

    There should be a way to recover your email address in a case you no longer have access to your saved mobile phone.

  5. Some emails don't create tabs

    This happens with EVERY browser on EVERY device. (It doesn't affect other emails open at the same time that do have tabs.) Some emails do not create a tab when they are opened. If you navigate away from one of these, there's no way to get back to it other than by scrolling down endlessly and hoping that you can find it. Please fix this!

    Please send me a valid verification code so I can verify my recovery account. I am sick of being told that the one I have at present is invalid, despite it being the one you sent me.

  9. Make Signing In Easier !

    Make signing in easier. Am still being told my verification address does not exist. Have read your reply but have done nothing unusual. My verification address does exist. You say my recovery code is wrong but it is the only one you gave me. Never had this problem with Classic Mail. It is obvious that Yahoo has a technical fault.

  13. Cookie updates, no option but to accept!

    Seriously, Yahoo you have got this GDPR and cookies very wrong.

    1) I should be able to reject a third-party taking and using my information.
    2) Having a link to an external website is cheap and nasty!
    3) The external links to other websites are in foreign languages, VERY WRONG AND BAD.
    4) The external websites do not link to yahoo and rejecting their cookies only affects their websites not yahoo and its email account. SO I cannot reject them taking my information.

    SO SO BAD!

    I assume this only way round this illegal data collection is to close my…

    disposable addresses don't receive email

    I've had disposable addresses for over 10 years and now besides many of the already existing issues, I'm not able to receive emails sent to them. If I try to send to them from another address I get:

    "554 delivery error: dd This user doesn't have a yahoo.com account (*******-basename@yahoo.com) [-9] - mta4390.mail.ne1.yahoo.com"

  16. Third time posting... Random phone attached to my profile. Admin, please READ my details before pasting an incorrect generic reply.

    I am getting very frustrated with Yahoo's support - and their insistence of immediately closing tickets so I can't reply and tell them their 'fix' didn't work. This system is so broken...

    Let's try this again...

    There is a phone number tied to my email - it is NOT a recovery phone number. It is tied to my profile. It isn't even MY phone number (nor would I have ever posted my number online with the number of security breaches across major sites lately). How do I REMOVE this? (And, no, I don't want to change it.) I don't see…

  20. You sell my information to tons of new companies and pretend that I can actively un-choose some of them, but that turns out to be impossible

    It's not Ok that you pretend that I can handle the use of my personal information and then when I try, I run into dead-end after dead-end, long lists, page long agreements and 1000s of clicks to no avail. I want one button to click off for each of those companies that from now on will partake of all my personal preferences, and actually, I want one button for all! Please fix this asap!
