Mailbox is full, or is it? Your message that the mailbox is full should indicate how full.
It is beyond the pale to inform a user that their mailbox is full without providing a percentage or specifying how much over the full amount. Even after deleting a significant number of emails, the message still appears that the mailbox is full.

exportable emails
Can you make emails exportable? Then I could "off load" all of my 2023 emails, sent & inbox, to a database on my PC, to search or archive. Seems like that would be a great load off your system.

Please Allow Users to Switch Back to the "old Yahoo Mail"
Please allow long-time Yahoo users to switch back to the old Yahoo Mail. The option is there but I am unable to switch back. I hate the new design. I also hate that it is on "Priority" instead of "All"...it's awful all-around. I am in the process of deleting archived emails and switching to another provider. This new interface is "busy" and cluttered.

Rollback the asinine reduction in storage
Yahoo has reduced storage available from 5TB to 200 GB for the same subscription price... effectively raising the price per GB exponentially. This is not the way to make customers happy. This is the way to ********* customers over. This is extraction economics at it's core and it is wrong.

Text size, message density
Can Yahoo!Mail reconfigure its IT to allow a choice of small email spacing, linked to large or medium-text size? (Yahoo!Mail calls small email spacing index spacing, or message list density). At present, small index spacing also uncomfortably reduces text size. Can we also enjoy flexibility on choosing message density & text size?

Increase Yahoo Mail free storage limit from 20 GB to 30 GB
You have shocked me and caused great inconvenience to me by suddenly decreasing the free storage limit from 1 TB to 20 GB. So Please increase the free storage limit from 20 GB to at least 30 GB. My yahoo mailbox is currently using 29.6 GB so it will be under the 30 GB limit that way.

Hello Yahoo! A long time user here, started using your email in 1998. I see you have just imposed new limits on storage. That is understandable. I would love a search option where I can search and sort by message size. So that I can delete the messages with largest attachments. Is there such an option?? Thank you!

These are just four of the emails they are using. I have marked them as spam, blocked them, and unsubscribed
repeatedly with no avail, they just keep showing up. This has been going on for probably a year now.

Let us clean up our inbox! You don't show large messages and you don't show storage information. I like Y! mail but you're operating like you're trying to trick me into buy Mail storage -- so I'm definitely not buying it now. I'll change to Google before I'm tricked. If you would have just asked and explained why you want me to pay for email, I'd understand - but I don't like being tricked.

Storage and AI
Get rid of the useless AI summaries on the phone app, let me use filters on my phone app, and give me back my storage. I am so fed up at the changes being made I'm looking at other options. All of these awful changes make me LESS likely to trust Yahoo with upgrades for my needs.
