Fire the idiot who makes it impossible to recover a password!
I can't use my password or login to my Yahoo account, but Yahoo keeps sending me recovery codes to the address I can't get in. They do have another email and phone #, but nothing works. Question: Is stupidity a prerequisite to get hired for?
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We're not aware of anything working improperly at this time. My best suggestion is to wait at least one hour before trying to access your account. If you're still unable to receive the code afterwards, it means you've reached the daily SMS limit, so you'd have to try again in 24 hours.

Why do I have to pay for Support when I pay for Business Account?
It would be nice if we did not have to pay for support when we already pay for Business account all these years and never needed Support. And we are a nonprofit. Strictly 100% volunteer base.
Now we cant even add a profile picture for the nonprofit. I follow directions but am taken to a Turbify page and nowhere does it allow me to add profile picture.
So disappointing.

Reading emails
Certain emails when open have to be scrolled across the screen to be read and then they are still missing parts of the headline, where before they were in an easily read format. Some of the words get covered with pictures. I'm about ready to go to another service, This gives me a headache.

Hi, i have a problem to access the account, I have two-factor authentication, but I don't get a code on any of the specified numbers, I cant call your support, no one answers the phone and online help ideas not working for me , because to change something I need to go to my account control panel, but for this I have a problem to pass authentication, which I can't access because I don't get the SMS code on the phone number. and its are closed circle. please help me.

fix the damned 'captcha' when trying to log into email so you don't have to cycle through it for 15-20 minutes before just giving up all together cursing vehemently at yahoo for their ******** practices and moving onto something else...

I need help reactivating my accounts i called yahoo customer care and got several cases and they replied to my issue by mail telling me that my accounts (about 20 yahoo emails all deactivated) that i violated terms of service wich i did not do im sure. the problem is that Yahoo Technical Support Team are not believing me and taking FALSE ABUSE REPORTS by haters or hackers seriously and this is not fair and innocent people are losing their accounts. I wish deactivation on abuse reports are taking in further and deep investigation not from how many fake abuse…

You need to make log in choices easier.
I have it set up for 2 step log in. Where you just tap yes to get in on your cell. And some **** hacker keeps changing it! Where do i even find it to change it?! This is ******* ridiculous! Make it easier *******!

Bring back the ease of sending SMS messages from Yahoo mail
It used to be so easy to send or forward my email to a cell phone. Now, with Yahoo's "professional" programmers, it appears impossible to send any email messages via SMS! Why? I have read several texts on several sights that give steps to send SMS messages from Yahoo mail, and ALL are a waste of time, because NONE of them work.
Bring back the ease of sending SMS messages from Yahoo mail, and Yahoo just might get more business. Thank you.

This is not about email!
This is about Yahoo taking away it's customers' right to block any publishers they don't want on their newsfeed! You took away the 3 dots that allowed us this function...and now I'm being flooded with stories from sources I detest & have absolutely NO interest in seeing! I called Yahoo Tech support over a year a go when you all did this...and not 1 person could tell me WHY...just that yes, we took that feature away! We all know why...this will force your customers to have to see all the biased "news sources" you support!

Sign in prevention for unauthorised access. Both my partner and I have had yahoo a/cs for years and we're both having to wait an hour every day before signing in to avoid unauthorised access apparently. I know this is a security measure but is very inconvenient when we need to log in and send emails. Can we not just need to enter a code or something from a different email or a text message so we can sign in without waiting an hour? either this or shorten the wait time to something more reasonable, maybe 15 mins.

Log in requires alternate email to receive code
I was away from home and using a VPN, logging in to mail required additional authentication. No problem, but now that I am home, it still requires signing in to another email to access Yahoo Mail. From the same home computer for 7 years. So, if I have to use ANOTHER email anyway, I guess I might as well ONLY use that and stop with YahooMail. Any HELP now requires a PAID subscription...so, it is a Financial decision to force users away from free email. Terrible business model. Guess Gmail may get a visit from a new customer.

I am an old yahoo mail box user, however, due to the ban of yahoo in China, I was not able to access my yahoo.ca mail box. Now, finally I can access my mail box outside of China but I found all the old mail were gone!!!!! I have so many critical messagel in yahoo during when I worked in Canada, I need them when I return to Canada sooner, how can I get them back?
