Your advertising is deeply creepy and offensive. There is no x, no way to suppress or get rid of this vile ad. I will got back to Gmail so I don't have to look at that. It is secondary that it is demographically irrelevant. Absolute ad fail.

My email disappeared when I changed accounts
Clicking on AT&T (old service) made all my Yahoo email disappear. Now the only help I can find is to start paying for Yahoo with no warning. I want all of my email back and I want it now. Otherwise Yahoo has become a RANSOMEWARE Operation, which I will report!! (BTW, I've been a Yahoo customer since you it was invented!!)

I have been using yahoo mail since more than 20 years when inbox was max 2 MB and now it seems you want to get rid of non US members,

Missing emails
I can not find where to send this so really hoping someone who sees this can help me. I have multiple files where I have always sent emails that I wanted saved. In the past several months 95 % of my files are now empty. Whatever could have happened to them. I had kept them for specific reasons.

Trying to clean up an email is incredibly tedious after you've gotten rid of bulk deleting & are forcing mail load and infinite scroll

Hi - I get a fair amount of SPAM. I can block specific addresses of course in Security and Privacy, and domains in the same menu. But I get a lot of email like #########@varying domain. I have been getting them for a few years. At the moment it's from 398214662@yalsoft.com and 398214662@ivancic.com and 398214662@massagerooms.com - you get the idea.
Is there any way you can expand the block options to include a constant beginning of an email address with any domain. Or even better a generalized pattern-matching address blocking formula like #########@**.com where ** is anything. -
How can I personalize my emails to people to show my name in lieu of it saying it's from "Me?"
When I send an email, the recipient receives it and it says it's from "Me" - I want to change the word "Me" and have it show my name. I am frustrated to not be able to change this. I tried going to "Settings" - then "More Settings" - then "Mailboxes" - then "Change your account name + nickname" - then opened the "Yahoo personal Info page hyperlink" --- TO NO AVAIL. Why is it so difficult to do this? Please help

Not receiving emails from ADB CMS account - 2FA
Hi,
I have ADB CMS account (Asian Development Bank, Consultant Management System) and I happened to click 2FA on my account.
I used to receive acknowledgement of my applications on my yahoo account (rohitsri782000@yahoo.com) but after activating 2FA, I am not getting PIN code emails and hence can not access my ADB account.
I have tried to contact ADB It but they say there is nothing wrong at their end. Can you check why I am not getting emails from: adbprd_wf@adb.org

Ads are randomly playing with sound
Ads are playing even with sound off. I am a teacher and they randomly start playing. Disrupting and causing issues with my employment. I will have to keep yahoo off during my work day and/or I will choose another email platform.

Just filter the list when I'm searching email.
Just filter the list when I'm searching email. I don't want to see those big tiles of what you might consider likely matches at the top because you don't know what i am looking for and they just get in the way. Just stick to business. Stop "helping" so much.

Sort by both Unread and Sender
I have 1700 unread emails and would like to be able to sort by both Unread and Sender. Otherwise, if I sort by sender only I see all of the mailbox, not just unread. Anyone else have workaround?

AI spam/phishing filter.
I received a "support" email from Yahoo Support that was actually spam or more likely phishing. It passed spf/dkim/dmac checks because it was from an Yahoo account (that has probably been disabled by now, if others reported similar emails. The link to "revalidate" my account had a Yahoo title but went to a Google site.
I don't see it now when I reopen the email, but I think that the original email had an AI summary of the email that basically just reiterated the message. The AI summary directed me to follow the directions rather than warned me away from…
