    Concerned that I'm receiving 2-step verification codes on my phone that don't seem to be from a legitimate Yahoo source. If I click resend, then I get a message from Yahoo. Also, can't seem to log in for at least an hour each time I try to logon ....

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. That sounds familiar. Yahoo may at times enforce a login wait to help ensure account security and privacy. There's no way for us to bypass this in the contact center, so we recommend waiting the prescribed amount of time. It's usually fairly short and you can then try logging in again. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

  2. search doesn't work

    Even copying the address from the sender and pasting into search fails to find even the one email just copied from !

    Have also tried typing in the name of the sender, from mail in the inbox.
    The search DOES NOT WORK !

  3. filter: Simplify the Re-order process

    Move the "Add or Click on a Filter to re-order or delete, Filters are listed by priority
    AND the icons to Add, Move Up, Move Down, and Delete
    to the right side of the screen. This is especially helpful when re-ordering filters.

  4. is yahoo going out of business

    is yahoo going out of business?

    For 4 says now, keep getting "no internet connection" for News & need to reload emails for new ones and deleting an email doesn't work as it will reappear upon next (now mandatory) F5.

    I've tried 2 different browsers with identical results.

  8. Two email addresses. One phone number.

    It seems to be impossible to create a new email address using the same phone number as an existing account. Why? I need one for home and one for work.

    Hi there. You should see the magnifying glass icon to search by sender when you hover over a sender on an email in your Inbox.

  13. When reviewing Unread emails, the email will periodically disappear while I'm in the process of reading it, which means I have to search!

    The email is marked at read while I am reading it, and it disappears. I have to then go back to the read emails and hope that I can find it by a key word, subject, or other. It's difficult to find them again.

  14. New features might be great, if I could read anything. The new font size is too small, It needs to be bigger.

    I cant even read the sidebar, abd when I try to find the enlarge button there is none. Who did the QA for this release? Was there no UA testing or Beta Release?

    The box to remain signed in should be UNCHECKED by default. Many people do NOT stay signed in and sign in every time. Those who wish to stay signed in can check that box ONCE, then not worry about. It needs to be UNCHECKED by default.

    I am writing to complain about a problem I have encountered with the Yahoo Mail search tool. I have been using Yahoo Mail for over five years and I have always been satisfied with its features and performance. However, recently I have noticed that the search tool does not return accurate results when I search for a word that is attached to another word without a space.

  19. Why must I wait one hour to log in?

    I been told to wait one hour to log into my Yahoo email on my desktop. I checked my Yahoo mail earlier on my phone! This one hour wait just started last week. I no longer can check my Yahoo email on my phone, and check it later on my computer without waiting an hour to login. This "feature" started last week. A new definition of "convenience!" C'mon, Yahoo--change whatever you did back to the way it was! At least let us know what you have done so we can adjust. And tell your customer service staff what has happened…

  20. Nor receiving emails from a distribution list

    I am not receiving emails sent from a distribution list. I can receive emails from indivuals who are on that list if they send their emails to me personally, but not if they send it through the list. Please tell me how to solve this problem. I checked your help site without finding any answer and there is no way I can contact you (the contact us button doesn't work)
