  2. Log in requires alternate email to receive code

    I was away from home and using a VPN, logging in to mail required additional authentication. No problem, but now that I am home, it still requires signing in to another email to access Yahoo Mail. From the same home computer for 7 years. So, if I have to use ANOTHER email anyway, I guess I might as well ONLY use that and stop with YahooMail. Any HELP now requires a PAID subscription...so, it is a Financial decision to force users away from free email. Terrible business model. Guess Gmail may get a visit from a new customer.

    При опит за влезна в yahoo mail от моя лаптоп ми изписва съобщение, че за да се спре неоторизиран достъп мога да опитам след 1 час от това устройство! След 1 час трябва да докажа, че не съм робот! При използването на мейла от мобилния телефон няма проблем. Моля за решение на проблема.

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. That sounds familiar. Yahoo may at times enforce a login wait to help ensure account security and privacy. There's no way for us to bypass this in the contact center, so we recommend waiting the prescribed amount of time. It's usually fairly short and you can then try logging in again. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

    I am an old yahoo mail box user, however, due to the ban of yahoo in China, I was not able to access my yahoo.ca mail box. Now, finally I can access my mail box outside of China but I found all the old mail were gone!!!!! I have so many critical messagel in yahoo during when I worked in Canada, I need them when I return to Canada sooner, how can I get them back?

    This is critical important.

    Concerned that I'm receiving 2-step verification codes on my phone that don't seem to be from a legitimate Yahoo source. If I click resend, then I get a message from Yahoo. Also, can't seem to log in for at least an hour each time I try to logon ....

  8. search doesn't work

    Even copying the address from the sender and pasting into search fails to find even the one email just copied from !

    Have also tried typing in the name of the sender, from mail in the inbox.
    The search DOES NOT WORK !

  9. filter: Simplify the Re-order process

    Move the "Add or Click on a Filter to re-order or delete, Filters are listed by priority
    AND the icons to Add, Move Up, Move Down, and Delete
    to the right side of the screen. This is especially helpful when re-ordering filters.

  10. is yahoo going out of business

    is yahoo going out of business?

    For 4 says now, keep getting "no internet connection" for News & need to reload emails for new ones and deleting an email doesn't work as it will reappear upon next (now mandatory) F5.

    I've tried 2 different browsers with identical results.

  14. Two email addresses. One phone number.

    It seems to be impossible to create a new email address using the same phone number as an existing account. Why? I need one for home and one for work.

    Hi there. You should see the magnifying glass icon to search by sender when you hover over a sender on an email in your Inbox.

  19. When reviewing Unread emails, the email will periodically disappear while I'm in the process of reading it, which means I have to search!

    The email is marked at read while I am reading it, and it disappears. I have to then go back to the read emails and hope that I can find it by a key word, subject, or other. It's difficult to find them again.

  20. New features might be great, if I could read anything. The new font size is too small, It needs to be bigger.

    I cant even read the sidebar, abd when I try to find the enlarge button there is none. Who did the QA for this release? Was there no UA testing or Beta Release?
