AI spam/phishing filter.
I received a "support" email from Yahoo Support that was actually spam or more likely phishing. It passed spf/dkim/dmac checks because it was from an Yahoo account (that has probably been disabled by now, if others reported similar emails. The link to "revalidate" my account had a Yahoo title but went to a Google site.
I don't see it now when I reopen the email, but I think that the original email had an AI summary of the email that basically just reiterated the message. The AI summary directed me to follow the directions rather than warned me away from…

Quit putting legit emails into my spam folder.
emails going into spam that are not spam, such as fedex, ebay and wayfair. Why is Ai putting these emails into spam.

Dont Change "Old" Mail
Sept. 2, 2025 I LOVE the CURRENT "old" version of yahoo mail. I tried the so-called "new" version & "new" yahoo is HORRIBLE in EVERY WAY! The Old Version is superior in EVERY way. Stop trying to fix what is NOT broken & Don't IMPOSE your "new" inferior version on people against their will.

Review of new Yahoo email
The new Yahoo mail is a disaster. The AI is very bad, the AI preview is usually wrong or hard to comprehend, turning emails gray when they are read is pathetic and annoying, who thought of that? I can't stand it. whoever released this version should be fired. It completely sucks and is useless. Please get rid of it.

Make it free. Like, "for real" free
I respectfully suggest that you return to your core value proposition as an ad supported free account without size limits. You're never going to be able to compete for features with other providers and all you're doing is alienating your existing customers. Stop trying to make "fetch" happen.
I have no need of new features for my Yahoo account. Your main value to me, as I expect is true of many of your users, is that I've had this account for over 25 years and it serves as an easy index of past emails. Therefore, there's no value add when…

Enable stop 18+ adverts!
NEED TO BE able to remove 18+/adult adverts. I dont want to see them ever. But in the windows version there is no way of removing them temporarily. Very poor and disgusting attempt at trying to force to pay for ad free.

Storage Full and I can't upgrade.
I live in Thailand. I got the 'Add Storage' upgrade plan email from Yahoo, but it isn't an option due to regional limitations. And now I can not receive or send any email. I've been trying to delete mails for years yet it still is not enough. I don't think this is a good user experience.

We've been using yahoo for years without complaints and to be asked to pay money in order to gain access to our account is wrong. You need to tell users how much storage they are using. It is not fair to ask us to increase storage when we have no idea how much is in use.

Why can't you flag anything as spam when the sender's email address is absurdly long? Or let us filter out any email from a specific domain?

I would like to subscribe to the Yahoo Mail Plus 100GB plan using my Visa credit card issued in Indonesia. However, the payment form requires selecting a U.S. state, and when I tried PayPal, it only allows U.S. accounts.
Could you please provide a way or payment link that works for international users with credit cards from Indonesia?
