    seriously? are you guys insane? nobody cares about yahoo anymore. all you have left is our mail accounts and you're going to be the only company who wants to profit by downgrading them. well, heres to the death of yahoo. 15 years my accounts been open. just like other people, i have gmail too. very dumb. goodbye my dumb friends.

    your system is totally upside down, i enter my email to sign in . it wants to verify my email and asks if I want to send a verification code sent to my email address which you have locked because of not knowing my pass code. then it becomes a round robin. you need to fire your programmer.

  12. delete emails

    There should be a setting where we can set parameters for deleting emails, e.g. delete all emails in the inbox older than *** days. Once I read 'em, I'll save the ones I want to save. There should be an "auto delete" capability so that I don't have to spend lllooonnnggg hours manually deleting emails.

  16. Block Senders Button is Missing!

    Why did the "Block Senders" (email or domain) button disappear? Now Spam, trolls and hackers send emails to my Yahoo account everyday!

    Hi there. The block senders button would be turned off if you have reached the limit of blocked email addresses of 1000.  The block feature is best used for people, not spam, since spammers can use spoofed accounts. Meaning what you see might not be the actual sender address. The more often you mark these emails as Spam, the more you train your personal mail filter to recognize them as unwanted. 


    Also, you can create filters by going to mail.yahoo.com from a laptop/PC, click Settings>More Settings>Filters. Here you can add as rule to filter the repetitive terms you see in the subject line or email body.


    I'm sorry there is no quick fix for this issue!

  17. Why for crying out loud do I have to come up with a new password on a regular base? I am running out of ideas!

    Constantly I have to give/get a new password? It's annoying. You just want to force people into this "verifying" thing so you can sent a code. NO! I need to have A SECOND EMAIL account to sent this code to....or give you my cellphone number. WE HAVE A LANDLINE!!!!! So.. NO WHAT???
