How can we improve New Mail?

Sadly, each time I try to login to my account it asks me to login after 55 minutes. I am an author, and it is so frustrating.

Sadly, each time I try to login to my account it asks me to login after 55 minutes. I am an author, and it is so frustrating. How can someone wait for an hour to send an urgent email or wait to read an important message??
