  1. Security page problem

    Whenever I click on the account info link to change the recovery e-mail address, it throws me into the login window and I cannot access the relevant security page even though I log in. Can you help with this?

  2. At least have a decent customer service that doesn't rely on bots ?

    For whatever reason, I've been having trouble receiving important verification emails from certain addresses. I've deleted any and all filters and blocked addresses to see if that helps but neither have worked. I even went and made a new yahoo mail account to check, but it seems to only be a problem with this one.

    None of help pages have been of any use and the chat bot that's supposed to assist me has only been redirecting me to said help pages. I really wish there was some sort of way to get a support ticket or something that require…

  3. Yahoo just gets slower and slower!! Half the time it doesn't even load right after taking so long, and I have to refresh the page!!

    I am seriously considering using just strictly Gmail. Yahoo just sucks anymore! You guys are really blowing it big time! Too slow, emails won't load half the time, and then can't delete them either! WAY too many spam emails - I get over 100 a day, if not more! I don't search online THAT much! Come on Yahoo, get it together!!!

  5. I'd like to find my inbox highlights after closing the message out

    There isn't any setting to find the inbox highlight and return a closed one to the screen. I had many packages this week and am unable to return it to inbox highlights.

    If you are not receiving messages or you notice your emails are going to Trash, the first thing to check would be your filters. Check out https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN15994.html for info on how to check your filters. If you did not set any present filters, you may want to re-secure your account.

    Delivery has failed to the recipient, message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact the recipient's email system it didn't respond. I don't understand why email from another domain not able to reach my yahoo email address? Please advise.

    Hello, I've an outstanding balance of $6 aprox. and want to pay but can't enter my card data because there is no country selection for Argentina.
    I can't understand how Yahoo does not have (or it is really hard to find, I could not) an email address to send questions, complaints, etc.

    When Mail generates information, such as a verification code, that information must sync up with the online system. I received two codes today and the system wouldn't accept either one. Getting to my mail is important and I don't like being slowed down because of bad info.

    Don't receive the confirmation code on my mobile when I try to make a new yahoo adress. Is a new number and a new mail. I recive the message: "Too many failed attempts

    I'm afraid this error message cannot be bypassed. You'll have to wait 24 hours before requesting a new verification code. Keep in mind that any attempt during the 24 hour waiting time will reset it back to 24 hours.

    Our members are always able to reset their passwords online for free through the sign-in helper at login.yahoo.com/forgot. Paid phone support is available for those times where passwords are forgotten, recovery channels are lost, not kept up to date, or for a number of other support concerns including mail settings, apps, device support and more.

  16. WHY DO I HAVE TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD EVERYTIME I SIGN IN?

    guess i will have to delete yahoo since i have to change my password every time i log in.....i should NOT have to pay a fee for customer support....especially since yahoo's changes caused the problem.
