Please, please, please do not force another "new & improved" on us
We don't want a new email.
It's fine just the way it is.
I'm 67 and don't need to get used to another new & improved that (a) I don't want and (b) will have glitches/bugs in it like always. I WANT WHAT I HAVE NOW!!! Don't be Cracker Barrel and make your clients hate what you're doing. Please. Please. -

security check
every single day I must pass a security check...with the photos or a code....(that even if I use always the same 2 computers it is annoying at the point that I'm considering changing e-mail provider... so I think you may improve by simplifying the log in check point

Deleting emails
How do I delete large numbers of emails? I'm trying to do this, but usually only 25 are deleted at a time. Very time-consuming....

Have a reverse that actually reverses!
Using the NEW mail meant losing things I was finished with. Now I can't retrieve them. Every time there is an "upgrade" it comes with errors and frustration. Please don't slam it on users, especially those who are older and don't adapt as quickly.

exclude words on mail search
In search options you need an "exclude" box to check and form to fill. Today I wanted to clean up my mailbox and almost 200 emails from a bank, some of which was important but most was basically spam with offers. It would have been nice to exclude any mail with the word "payment" (like "payment required" and "thanks for your payment') and having an easy way to only tag the spam without having to scroll a couple lines at a time and select each individual one.

storage
when you say you went down from free 1TB storage to 20 GB because its "industry leading standard" you don't realize how humorous Yahoo appears :):),, Really?? how is 20GB is "industry leading" vs the REAL industry leading of free 1TB? you need to find another excuse so you sound more believable. Why would anyone select Yahoo now when you are just the run of the mill another email provider ? what "industry leading" ? you were industry leading,,,,, now you have nothing special to offer to anyone. And worse yet,, anyone that with you before this "industry leading" change…

select all not working
use search to list emails before a certain date and click select all and click delete. Only few messages got deleted. The work around is to manually select messages, scrolling forever and then delete works.

Make it easier to delete emails
I've been attempting to reduce the amount of file storage I use on Yahoo! Mail...I find that it takes hours to reduce the number of old emails by a few hundred:
1. I'm only able to select 100 emails for deletion at a time (the "select all" button does not work)
2. Once deleted, the emails still occupy file storage space in the trash
3. Once again, I'm only able to select 100 trash emails at a time for permanent deletion (the "select all" button does not work)
4. Once I select and request permanent deletion, I have to also… -
Advertising Thumbnails that I keep seeing
Advertising - PLEASE... there needs to be an option to NOT SEE various ads. I don't need my grandkids seeing "dating" ads of young women popping up EVERY time they are online. I don't care what other junk you pop up there, tools, travel, blah, blah, blah, but ANYTHING SEXUAL is NOT OKAY!

Eliminate big-boobed waiving women advertising
Your big-boobed waiving women advertising in your Yahoo! Small Business email platform is so sexist, inappropriate, and unprofessional in the Small Business platform. Shame on you. And there is no longer the option to mark the advertising as inappropriate, irrelevant, etc., as one previously could do. Double shame on you.

Removing a Distracting Advertisement
I found the above advertisement which appeared in the right-hand sidebar of the New Yahoo Mail to be quite bothersome. It is of a woman in motion. It reloads frequently, so the eye is persistently drawn away from one's business (composing messages, viewing inbox, etc.). This leads to productivity dropping markedly.
In the future, it would be nice to only have still advertisements present in free Yahoo products. I understand that without a paid subscription, advertisements are unavoidable. But there is a way to experience them without (significant) interference while still availing oneself of a particular service in an…

Banning McAfee adverts - ads are ok, lies are not. Preying on those who do not know better.
Please ban your McAffee Ads.
They are offensive in their lying; the statement title of your antivirus is ending soon is simply a spurious lie designed to draw unwitting clicks onto it.
