Monitor your ads better
An improvement would be to verify sponsored ads mixed in with users emails, one came up as a check box for something that just said Johnson as the sender's name, clicked the check box, immediately it came up as OTTO Insurance which was a link that ended up being clicked, at the exact spot the box was and sent me to a page that my antivirus had to block and shut down then page. Change things up every now and then
Maybe change up the news coverage once in awhile. You only put the same news coverage day after day. I'm sure that there are more interesting stories to read about then the same ones all week. I just go to a different web site to get my news.

Improve Spam filter
Please stop spam filter sending genuine message to spam folder.
For many years now I have had to search the spam folder for messages delivered from the messaging service in Gumtree.com.au. I always mark these as not-spam. Despite this, messages are always filtered to the spam folder. There is no reason for this, these are genuine messages for me from buyers or sellers on the site.
If the spam filter is doing this because of reports by other people, then they are using the platform incorrectly. Messages are only received from the platform when actively engaged with a seller or…

Check your ad content. I saw an add with naked male and female bodies complete with close ups on genitalia on my phone yahoo app while reading emails. Very inappropriate.

yahoo mail is nonsense. it should be understood that whom we reply is not spam.
I expect email to not go in spam whom I have replied. I used yahoo mail for 25 years but now i hate it. it has continuously sent job conversation whom i have responded in spam. It is common sense that whom i have replied is not spam.

Avatars & Subscriptions
I opened my Yahoo Mail app on iPhone to no mail avatars out of nowhere, the icons to the left of each email. I still have the avatars on desktop and it says I have Yahoo Mail Plus. However when I called support to ask about the missing avatars and icons, they said I had no active subscription, despite it saying I have Yahoo Mail Plus for $4.99 and it renews March 23, 2026. Please help!

You changed my email without offering me chance to keep it. Consider if your customers changed providers without offering you a chance to keep them. Please return my old version of Yahoo Mail. It was way easier and better. I may have to go to another provider if you don't.

Eliminated the wanted BLOCK feature on emails
Why did you remove BLOCK on emails? You still have DELETE & SPAM but since you've eliminated the BLOCK option, I have been inundated with unwanted emails. Please stop revising what once was a very efficient email server.

By removing blank pop-ups in new version of yahoo email
The new yahoo version is very irritating, as the blank pop-up is showing continuously and using of yahoo email is not possible at all. Do not ask to switch to new version

The Removal of Email Reminders
Why would you(yahoo) remove a beneficial feature that allow users to set a reminder so they don't forget important dates of important emails?? This is ridiculous... and we should not have create a calendar alert separately for important emails that we need to follow up on.. because your calendar doesn't not set emails alerts..its for events..why will I use your calendar for that when I have my iwn built-in phone calendar to use?.. Deleting spam from arriving from known and repeat offenders.
The site "atlantaoffre.net", also with ".shop" is notorious for sending spam under hijacked email ids. Why can Yahoo Mail not allow me to delete with emails from these sites with a blanket "@.atlantaoffre.net" / shop? If anyone monitors the spam sent out from this site, it should ban it altogether. Thanks for your attention. I hope someone reads this and acts on it.

You have so MANY ads all around my emails that I cannot even see my actual email. Is there any way to get
