Make the forgot password and forgot email actually work
Unable to sign into my Google Drive account and the forgot password options do not work. When I try doing the forgot email it sends a code to my email. When I open that email it closes the window I need to enter the code in making it completely useless. If I open the email on my phone and enter the code, it says it's wrong.

Recently, when I scroll through my Inbox, a pop-up appears at the bottom of the screen which states, "Looking for something? Try searching for a person, business, or keyword." This pop-up is very distracting and annoying. Please stop using this pop-up or at least give users the ability to turn it off.

Auto-Block Emails by Algorithm
Either develop an algorithm to block emails containing gibberish or misspelled words in the subject, sender's email address, offers of free stuff, ridiculous prizes, and other nonsense, or let users develop their own algorithm using observed patterns if Yahoo doesn't want to be bothered. Block Domain needs to appear next to Block Sender
I have domain blocking (up to 500) but it's manual entry!
I should be able to choose Block Domain as easily as Block Sender
They should be side-by-side in my menu.

Organize the notes and allow it to stay alphabetized
I use the "notes" feature a lot. I wish we could alphabetize the notes and keep it that way.

Block the junk free
You just sent me an ad to pay for you blocking the junk from my email. I thought that was what yahoo was supposed to do anyway! I guess I was wrong. Now I see why a lot of my friends of gone to Gmail because they do block the junk. I have been with you for over 30 years but if you are not giving us protection why am I staying??

Opening account
I have two e-mail addresses, one yahoo and one gmail. When opening my mail I want to see first the inbox of the address I was working last before closing.

Provide an option for support for free accounts when Yahoo! is at fault
When there are technical issues that are no fault of the user, when Yahoo! Mail does not function as stated in the free support pages and it's Yahoo!'s fault, the right and correct thing to do would to provide a free option for support. Why would anyone pay for a provider that's malfunctioning and offers no support whatsoever? You'll simply drive me to pay for an email that functions.

Notepad
Create a trash folder for notes in Notepad. It is frustrating when text disappears from notes in Notepad and NO ONE through the help desk and explain what happened to the text and can only tell you once text disappears it is gone forever. Not sure how a note can suddenly duplicate itself into another note by wiping out existing text.

email recovery option
Allow a recovery email to be setup... the only option I seem to have is recovery phone number - but phone numbers are like underwear these days and get changed all the time.
Phone companies treat phone numbers as disposable and if they fk anything up on your account your number is gone with no way to recover it. -
