Need of new payment methods
Dear Yahoo.
I am one of your 22 years old customer and we spend many good days together. Yahoo! is my everyday check, since all my business and personal emails there. However, the international regulations and restrictions are now bottlenecks. Recently I cannot pay my monthly subscription for Yahoo plus (since this service is not available in Turkey anymore), and this leads to downgrade to less email capacity.
I have no objection to be downgraded, but the problem is that I cannot pay for extra capacity that I really need. If I downgraded and since I cannot pay for extra… -
Deleting impossible
trying to delete emails but you make it difficult to do so because when I try to defect a mass amount it doesn't do it.
so i will save what i need to but giving up trying to delete. will just migrate to another platform -

select all email from one sender with the click of a button
The old Yahoo Mail had a button beside each email in the inbox that you could click on and it would show every email from that sender. That made it very easy to delete every email from one sender. The new Yahoo Mail + does not have that feature. You have to copy the email address and paste it in the search bar, or type the address into the search bar, then do a search to find all the emails from that sender. I'm sure this could be corrected easily with a little programming tweaking.

I have adhd and autism and changing my yahoo to this new mail is not good. I cannot see or navigate properly and need my old yahoo. You cant just change peoples accounts without considering the impact for those like me. Please switch me back.

Forcing us yahoo users to purchase storage
I have a complaint that you changed yahoo mail from 1 TB to 20 GB storage. I have had yahoo for many many years and now you are forcing me to pay or move to another email. I am so disappointed.

it's hard to delete more than 100 emails at a time... why?
i seem to be unable to delete more than 100 emails at a time (from trash). how can i do this (i have many to delete...) thanks
i just learned something - if i drag the "slider" on the right down a few times while having the check mark on the emails, i can do up to 500 at a time - which is better! (using firefox browser)

Correction to your Yahoo Mail storage notification
Storage: First I receive an email telling me that my storage space has been drastically reduced and am at 80 % of the new storage limit.This is completely unacceptable for old time users of Yahoo mail. You may give new subscribers a changed limit, but you cannot do so to long term users, it just isn´t fair and should be illegal. I am very angry and disappointed with my long term favorite email service.

I "starred" a couple of messages in my inbox last night. Today, they have disappeared. Why are my messages disappearing? I also tried filtering the messages by "starred". The messages I highlighted last night are still missing.

I've been a client for over 20y. Since Yahoo was my primary mail, I've accumulated over 60G of space. It took me over 4hours to cleanup ~20G because you only allow to clean up to
10000 emails via Mobile app and/or
2000 - via web at a time and I wanted/needed to be selective.
Proposing:
a) raise/restore limit - at least "grandfather" existing accounts
b) provide a way to locally bulk-archive and or migrate to a different vendor free-account
c) improve cleaningPlease, keep in-mind - your customers can also be your parent company customers…
