Locked Out w/no recovery option--THANKS!
I was locked out of my e-mail that I have had for YEARS!!! The recovery account was my e-mail, therefore I do not have access to it. I tried the help.yahoo.net, but it keep looping me back to the recovery steps which I cannot do due to access. There is no way to contact you in hopes to rectify this, and I am at my wits end! My original email is jam........1@yahoo.com---any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

WHenever I open an email, everything is highlighted in blue. I have to click to get it off so I can read it. FIX THIS NOW PLEASE!!!

You put things to right the side that used to be under the Yahoo! Mail logo. It makes it difficult to find what you need.
Put things back in the position & size they were. It's too confusing to have to hunt around for what you want.
