Locked Out w/no recovery option--THANKS!
I was locked out of my e-mail that I have had for YEARS!!! The recovery account was my e-mail, therefore I do not have access to it. I tried the help.yahoo.net, but it keep looping me back to the recovery steps which I cannot do due to access. There is no way to contact you in hopes to rectify this, and I am at my wits end! My original email is jam........1@yahoo.com---any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
