  4. Need help for implementing OAuth for sending email

    I am planning to implement OAuth in my desktop application for Yahoo email, and I'm following the documentation provided here: https://developer.yahoo.com/oauth2/guide/. However, I'm encountering several issues and would appreciate your assistance.

    I need to use OAuth for sending emails, so I have registered an application in the developer center as a Public Client, intended for mobile apps, native apps, or single-page apps.

    For my desktop application, I have used the redirect URI urn:ietf:wg:oauth:2.0:oob. Can you suggest an alternative redirect URI that would properly redirect to a desktop app? I have already tried http://127.0.0.1:50454/callback, but it did not work.

  5. Block KEY WORDS vice just ADDRESSEE

    Should be able to block KEY WORDS in subject line; like GUMMIES, ADT, etc. rather than just blocking senders; getting 35 different IP's for GUMMIES/CBT and dislike having to BLOCK each and every sender.

  7. Allow holders of email accounts to change their password.

    I am currently being disallowed to change my email password. Every time I've tried to navigate the process, I reach a blank window that simply says "something went wrong." What's going on?!

  9. By increasing the amount of emails that can be deleted....

    I shouldn't have to be making an idea for this but here I am since almost everyone's new ideas in today's society is moving backwards from an already almost successful system. A year ago I was able to delete more than 200+ emails; trash and inbox. Now, I can only delete 200ish emails at max at a time or the system will fail to delete. What happened? Is this now part of a yahoo+ thing? If so that's horrendous, I highly disagree that a feature to limit the amount a user can erase at a time exists unless they're subscribed…

  10. I can only see 5 emails at a time in my inbox?? Remove the ad blocking my inbox

    Please remove the bottom ad that blocks me from seeing my emails. This is the final straw that will push me to gmail. It's unrealistic to only see 5 emails at a time

    What I a trying to do: I am trying to Add ANOTHER MAILBOX >> Under Add a mail box> Google >> Choose an account >> choose my Google mail ID >> Sign to yahoo >> continue >> Yahoo! wants to access your Google account > Allow >> Uh, oh, looks like something went wrong. Please try again later.

    MY QUESTION: I have been trying for the last 4 days.

    When will it be resolved.

    I am trying to do this on my Galaxy Samsung Ultra 23 mobile phone and sing yahoo App.

  16. attachments disappear

    I'm adding to the many other comments you don't seem to have given a s*it about. When I include an attachment in an email and receive a response, I expect that attachment to still be there. BUT IT'S NOT. You've looked at a zillion other complaints on this same subject, said it was "reviewed" then quickly shut down comments. Way to do customer service and way to send this user of over 20 years, over to Google.

  19. What's up with the big box covering the emails???

    Lately there's a big square box with some contact in it in the upper right corner that takes up A LOT OF SPACE, has NO APPARENT USE, there NO APPARENT WAY to close it, and sometimes IT COVER THE EMAIL!!!
