With no cust. support there will soon be no customers to support. That is apparently what they want.
Even Microsoft couldn't mess things up as bad as this has gotten.
My bet is that I won't get even a form letter response from Yahoo. Does anyone even work there anymore. -
Why, when I put an out of office response on my email account, do I get over 100 new emails during my unavailable dates?

Regarding the checkbox to select multiple emails at once:
The checkbox at the top left corner, above the emails - which you can click on the select multiple emails in whatever folder you have open - selects 40 emails at-a-time AS LONG AS YOU DO NOT SCROLL DOWN THROUGH THOSE CHECKED EMAILS. If you do scroll down, once you reach the bottom of those first 40 emails, Yahoo Mail automatically checks every single other saved email in the folder, whether you want to delete them or not! We want to be able to scroll down through those first 40 emails to see if there are any among them that…

"Comments Closed" on popular threads that negatively reflect on Yahoo. I want to post that I pay for Yahoo and still get ads, I can't even make the comment in this forum because the comments are closed. Not much of a forum. Yahoo closes comments so users can't see how many people are complaining?

Make right pane width narrower. Remove its hide option.
I understand the need of ads pane. No need to remove it but...
1. Make the right pane same width as the one on classic mode. Yahoo mail users have already lived with it in the classic mode.
2. Remove its hide option. Why hide it when it pops up soon after? Everybody hates pop-up ads. -

I like it fine the way it was. Nothing more annoying than to have software you rely on yanked out from under you.

Praise be and THANK the LORD that this version of mail isn't loading "News" videos.
What a pleasure it is NOT to be given videos to watch as soon as I clean up my inbox - usually about things that don't interest me in any case. And what a difference that they now don't seem to be loading up automatically "in the background." No more "soundtrack" noise suddenly blaring out at odd moments. Hurrah!

do something to the new mail to open faster.
Inspite of my 4g connection, new mail takes a long time to load. Even to load this 'give feedback' page it took more than 3 minutes. do something to the new mail immediately to open faster, otherwise, i am seriously thinking of going back to older version or even close the yahoo account. I came back to new mail after quitting 3 or 4 times on your assurance that feed backs will be considered sincerely. but so far no proper rectification. please check the gmail for its fastness.
