  1. I am not receiving emails. It's making me miss deadlines and keeping me from receiving important information. Please help.

    I can send emails but when someone tries to send me an email either I get it a half a day later or not at all. If someone tries to respond to an email I sent them, an incorrect email address comes up in the "To:" address line and I don't receive those emails either. Please help!

    If you’re not getting emails from a specific sender, it may be because they are sending to the wrong address or they are getting an error message when sending to you. If this is the case, you will need to have them reach out to our Postmaster department to try and get it fixed. You can also double-check your Mail settings and Spam folder to make sure everything looks good there.

  2. The program is deleting some of my emails that I am NOT personally deleting.

    The program is deleting some of my emails that I am NOT personally deleting. If my mouse just passes over them they are gone. Usually I can go to trash and send them back to the Inbox but today, one I wanted to keep just vanished completely! PLEASE FIX YOUR PROGRAM!

  5. Stop message blocking with error 554

    Yahoo email systems is still blocking emails sent from my gmail account with error 554. Error message is

    "554 Message not allowed - [PH01] Email not accepted for policy reasons."

    This includes sending email to yahoo.com, att.com, and provide.net. This has been happening for months, and it isn't just me, but has happened to many of my friends who use gmail.

  6. Last name incorrect after 8 years!

    Yahoo! Mail needs to get their customer's last name correct. I got married 8 years ago, changed my name with them and it still sends out my emails as my maiden name. How hard is this to correct?

    Privacy controls on new email (Oath)
    So true! In the privacy controls, the unsubscribe option has no save button. So when you leave the page by x'ing out or use back key, it defaults to NO, CANCEL. What do you mean, we have a choice?! Totally rigged, aside from the tricky wording so people think the NO, CANCEL means no ads and cancel subscribe. What a bunch of corrupt manipulators!! Do you really think we are that stupid and need to be fleeced, exploited and box-canyoned at every turn?! How inspiring, such evil minds?! Why should we trust you to…

  9. Security - is there a way to inquire/validate, about insecure mail that asks you to upgrade

    I get mail that tells me to upgrade, it comes with Yahoo Logos, looks legit. But in these security alert days. Is there a way to validate from Yahoo, if these are coming from Yahoo?

  10. Allow us to login to our mail using a password

    It's ridiculous that I have to go to another email service to get a passcode to login. The other option is to share my phone number which is something YOU don't need.
    Allow us to login to yahoo mail without needing a passcode every time.

  11. Two-step verification needs to be an option, not Mandatory.

    Please let us CHOOSE if we want two step verification. Once we do a two step verification, that should be all we need to do while on that computer, EVER. Why make us do it EVERY TIME we want to check email?

    My email ends in .co.uk. I used to be able to make my disposable emails end in .co.uk, now when I create them, they only have .com. I need .co.uk. Please help.

    I keep getting a pop up that I am infected with a virus. This is the message. It only appears when I log into yahoo mail. This is a Yahoo issue. Absolutely ridiculous. I called Apple and checked my computer. I have no virus. Come on Yahoo. This is your responsibility. Take care of your website so these kinds of stupid, **** pop ups don't occur.

    Test the site with another web browser like Firefox to see if the issue is specific to Chrome. Might be a good idea to scan the computer for any malware/spyware as well.

  14. remove Russian language ads

    Seeing I am based in Ukraine, there are a lot of Russian ad pop-ups (on the side). The state language is Ukrainian, so if they need to be there at all, please make it English or Ukrainian.

  16. This email account has been paid for since 2015 and was supposed to be AD FREE, but we were receiving ads constantly. I need this escalated.

    Yahoo has been receiving payments for this account to be ad free but has not delivered ad free emial until TODAY. I wish to speak with someone with authority to discuss the financial implications. Thanks.
