my email contains attachments. I cannot see the attachments to open them
The email contains attachments but when I open the mail, I cannot see the attachments and hence cannot view them
Attachments are usually at the very bottom of the email thread. Keep in mind that some inline images can be seen as “attachments” as well.

DO NOT STOP USING EXPLORER. My work laptop uses it for it's set up. Don't want to switch between browsers.
My work laptop automatically uses explorer. I don't want to have a set of windows open in Explorer and then have another set in Mozilla or Chrome just because you want to change. I work for a global company. I can't imagine that we're the only ones like this. Don't stop using Explorer. I used Chrome on my personal computer for everything and I hate Bing. Be happy with that.

Incoming mail automatically goes to trash. Why?
Some of my incoming email goes straight to trash and is marked as "read". When I move it to the inbox, it goes there temporarily and then returns to trash. What is going on?
When email goes directly to the Trash folder, it’s usually due to a filter set up on the account. Take a close look at your filters section to see if this is the case:

Also, syncing issues between yahoo and another program that accesses it can cause emails to be moved to the Trash. Check out this post for more info:

Blocked Addresses are NOT Saved
We add addresses to Blocked addresses and they do not stay there. You have to keep adding them. AND you still get email from the blocked addresses. Fix this, or get new programmers that can do their job.

Where are the e-mail Notifications?
What happened to the e-mail notifications? As of a few days ago I have to go to Mail to see if there are any new e-mails.
On the desktop, make sure you have notifications turned on in the settings. On mobile devices, check the app’s notification settings as well as the notification settings for the device itself.

I'd like for it to work the way the "HELP" says it will "Access your Yahoo Mail from any computer with an internet connection by using your Yahoo ID and password to sign in to your account. Once you sign in, all your familiar settings will be there waiting for you."

poor support
very poor to no support - if anything beyond vanilla this support sucks and is need of severe attention.... need to ask about how to access a deceased brothers account for probate...i get nothing....

undo delete
Under the other or dot dot dot tab how about an undo delete. Sometimes a old message is accidentally deleted and is difficult to find in the trash. I saw no undo delete at all and saw lots of complaints about how an undo delete was getting in the way when placed over the delete button so in the "more" folder or the dot dot dot folder would be better placement.
Once an email is deleted, a pop-up box appears letting you know that it was deleted and offered an Undo option at that point. We have since moved this pop-up’s placement due to user feedback.

I would like to be able to delete multiple emails at once, like, by the thousand
I have thousands of unopened emails and it takes up too much space on my phone, I'm never gonna open them, i want them deleted i just don't know how

Please STOP the pop-ups telling me I've just deleted an email. Duh. I know I just deleted an email.
Stop with the pop-up windows while I'm trying to click on my emails. They're like some annoying person standing in front of a screen when you're trying to do something, or tugging on your sleeve and talking at you when you're busy. When I delete an email, I don't need a pop-up telling me I just deleted an email. I also don't need a pop-up thanking me for indicating that an email is spam (especially when Yahoo Mail's spam filter doesn't work reliably). Just get the pop-ups OUT OF MY WAY.

Thank you for your feedback. We include these confirmation popups as a failsafe for those moments when you mistakenly delete or move items. We feel that a momentary appearance of that notification is a fair trade off for having that safety net.
Having said that, some of these notifications were incorrectly positioned and temporarily blocking access to buttons. We’re glad to say we have corrected that.
