  1. I'm trying to sign in on a different browser. I know my user name and password, but it keeps saying to check my phone and it isn't my phone

    I'm trying to sign in on a different browser. I know my user name and password, but it keeps saying to check my phone and it isn't even my phone. I'd like for it to work the way the "HELP" says it will "Access your Yahoo Mail from any computer with an internet connection by using your Yahoo ID and password to sign in to your account. Once you sign in, all your familiar settings will be there waiting for you."

    very poor to no support - if anything beyond vanilla this support sucks and is need of severe attention.... need to ask about how to access a deceased brothers account for probate...i get nothing....

  3. undo delete

    Under the other or dot dot dot tab how about an undo delete. Sometimes a old message is accidentally deleted and is difficult to find in the trash. I saw no undo delete at all and saw lots of complaints about how an undo delete was getting in the way when placed over the delete button so in the "more" folder or the dot dot dot folder would be better placement.

    Once an email is deleted, a pop-up box appears letting you know that it was deleted and offered an Undo option at that point. We have since moved this pop-up’s placement due to user feedback.

  4. I would like to be able to delete multiple emails at once, like, by the thousand

    I have thousands of unopened emails and it takes up too much space on my phone, I'm never gonna open them, i want them deleted i just don't know how

  6. Please STOP the pop-ups telling me I've just deleted an email. Duh. I know I just deleted an email.

    Stop with the pop-up windows while I'm trying to click on my emails. They're like some annoying person standing in front of a screen when you're trying to do something, or tugging on your sleeve and talking at you when you're busy. When I delete an email, I don't need a pop-up telling me I just deleted an email. I also don't need a pop-up thanking me for indicating that an email is spam (especially when Yahoo Mail's spam filter doesn't work reliably). Just get the pop-ups OUT OF MY WAY.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for your feedback. We include these confirmation popups as a failsafe for those moments when you mistakenly delete or move items. We feel that a momentary appearance of that notification is a fair trade off for having that safety net.

    Having said that, some of these notifications were incorrectly positioned and temporarily blocking access to buttons. We’re glad to say we have corrected that.

    Did you take away the option to "filter emails like this" by right-clicking on an email? I cannot find it. I use Filters quite extensively and that was VERY useful and handy.

  9. Mail Preview does not work

    Anytime I try to preview an attachment the first page is not visible. I have to download the attachment to view. Such a hassle. Fix it please.

    yahoo mail of late is not secure and I'm getting malware attacks!
    the https://mail.yahoo.com/d/folders/1 site is not remaining secure after load. WHY?

    The HTTPS “lock” icon will only show if every single element on the page has been delivered using that type of connection. Any part of an email or ad that hasn’t will make it not show. When you log into Yahoo, you’re connected securely. If you’re getting malware and other pop-ups, test another web browser and scan your computer for any malware or spyware.

    Changing Gender and name should be allowed. I changed my name, but no matter what i try it still shows my old one. If I didn't have this email connected to so many things I'd deactivate.

    It does sound like your sending name may need to be corrected as well. You can check your sending name by following the page here: help.yahoo.com/kb/sln28072.html

  16. Unread e-mails moved from Inbox to trash on it's own

    E-mails are moving automatically from my inbox to trash without me reading them. Searching for an e-mail I was waiting for, discovered it was in trash folder as unread. Have to check trash many times a day. averaging about 6-8 e-mailS a day ending up in trash that I haven't read.
    PLEASE HELP FIX!!

    This issue can be caused by filters or a 3rd party mail client.

    If the issue persists, I recommend removing your account from 3rd party mail clients that you may use to access your Yahoo account.

    As a Mail Pro subscriber, you should certainly not be seeing ads in your Mail. Could you please try accessing your account from a different browser and verify whether you see ads in your mailbox? Issues like this occasionally point to malware on your browser, often installed as a web browser add-on, extension, or plug-in.
