How do I manage my new draconian sized email quota?
Just got the notification that my account quota is being reduced by 98%, from 1000 GB to only 20GB. Incredible and inexcusable to drop this big of a bomb on your users.
What tools are available to tell me which folders and messages are using the most space? Right now, all I can see is an overall total. No idea how big any email or folder is.

Your plan to change my Yahoo Plus from unlimited to 200GB is a cruel joke, especially as storage has never been so cheap to buy. After years of paying you for a service, this is how we get rewarded????? LAME.

no annual options
It really stinks that you are forcing people to buy storage or cutting them off by August but you have no annual plans so you have to pay monthly. I would pay an annual fee but I will probably want to leave yahoo after all these years since you have few and terrible options for upgrading. So ******. You've never been great and your service has always been awful but email mostly works and I've had my account for decades, too bad you all don't care about coming up with options people would want to use.

How often is storage being used updated?
I deleted lots of email files/folders but have seen NO change in storage used?? -

My email has 1 TB of storage & Yahoo! states its full; I don't see how that can be when they removed that information upon switching to that new yahoo! email then I got to switch back to the prior version & they have not sent any email notices of an updates or anything.

Can't delete more than 100 emails at a time from TRASH folder
Please fix DELETE. If I check 100 emails and click DELETE, the emails will be deleted.
But if i click to delete ALL the emails, the system goes thru screens which SAY the emails are being deleted,
but when it finishes, all the old emails are still there
It's broken Please fix it! I'm trying to clean up my email storage! -
stop using AI to alter messages
You can improve New Mail by disabling the AI features that alters the text of my New Mail messages when they are "pushed" to my Verizon phone. A good idea would be to stop trying to use AI to infer the intent of the original message.
A good idea would be to announce to your New Mail users that AI will be used to alter the text of their New Mail messages BEFORE starting to use AI to alter the text.

Trash can in the folder column in Mail
In mail, I'd like the trash can that holds deleted messages moved from the bottom of the folder screen to somewhere in the top five options. Thank you.

I'm just letting you guys know about one of your advertisers. That I clicked on.
They have a LOT of bad reviews and apparently claim to be going out of business wherever we, your customers, live.
For me I am in Howell, MI. On TrustPilot.com a women complained that they claimed to be near her town, in New Zealand, as well. Just letting you know. I wish ALL of you, Microsoft, Facebook, and Google etc... would look up the legitimacy of these companies before doing business with them. I think when BIG name companies like yourselves are doing business with them they think that surely, you'd vet them first, SO they MUST be okay. HA...!!!… -

please return the site to how it was. I cannot stand or read anything with the new layout with how it is now, with the ai overview and the way it opens emails while I can still scroll through others. at least give me the option to go back to how it was. I hate this and I'm considering using a different email provider because I just cannot do this. please, let me use it the way it was before. Allow AI summaries to be disabled
Allow AI summaries to be disabled. I find these very distracting to the point that I avoid checking my mail now. I have tried to get used to it, but I can't. After 25 years, I will have to stop using Yahoo mail and move to another webmail service. Very sad.

I would like for Ad-Based emails to expire & disappear out of my inbox. I dont need to know what Eddie Bauer was adverting or Amazon "Suggestions" from 2 years ago (or longer). Its the same for the hundred or so other retailer & other email lists I'm on. I dont want to just Unsubscribe to most of these, and I'm not going to burn my time to just clean-up years of built-up of flotsam & jetsam.
