  1. I CONTINUALLY keep blocking email senders and CONTINUALLY keep getting more from them. Is that 'block senders' just a ruse?

    I CONTINUALLY keep blocking email senders and CONTINUALLY KEEP GETTING MORE FROM THEM. Is the 'block senders' just a Ruse? Am about to delete my yahoo account for this reason. Don't know where they are coming from, but I'm tired of 20-50 emails a day from the same people I keep blocking!!!

    Our Spam filters override any filters on the account, so if something is deemed to be Spam, it will ignore blocked addresses/filters on the account and go there instead.

  3. junk mail generated

    Junk mail Yahoo is the cause of the excessive amount of junk mail they are selling on my details to these companies in the USA, if you unsubscribe the email becomes a self multiplying virus or even if you use the yahoo tools to block junk emails again there is something in the software that just multiplys

  4. STOP blocking ICANN contact verification notices from Tucows!

    Either Tucows RSP fails to send notices (seems unlikely) or Yahoo blocks them. This has caused me countless domain suspensions. It makes me wonder if this is possibly an illegal anti-competitive practice under FTC laws. If you cannot get your emails from RSP, you cannot verify contact info on your domain registrations.

  5. not able to send text or mms messages from my samsung s7 it worked april 27 2017 but no longer is yahoo email accepting in my inbox is

    please address this issue, create a patch or have a tech support person fix this please.

    If you’re not getting text messages sent to your Yahoo Mail, check to see if the senders are getting any error messages and then consult the phone carrier if needed.

  7. with the change i suddenly have tons of scam coming in 3 at a time and yet my reminder from a rescue site i ASKED for is not getting to me .

    any ideas how to change this ??

    If you’re getting a lot of Spam to your Inbox, check out our post on the subject:

    If it’s all going to the Spam folder, then that’s expected. You’ll want to check with the sender to see if they are getting an error message when sending to you. If so, they will want to check with our Postmaster team to resolve it.

    It’s always a good idea to double-check your mailbox settings to be sure they aren’t set to block or filter the address.

  8. I cannot switch back to Classic Yahoo! email using the link. Please fix this problem

    Provide a legitimate link to switch back to Classic Yahoo! Mail. I followed your instructions and filled out the form. However, the button at the bottom doesn't work for me. Please fix this glitch so I can return to Classic Mail.

  9. STOP DAILY MULTIPLE SIGN IN WARNING EMAILS

    I wasn't sure what to put this under.

    I am so tired of receiving notices multiple times per day that sign in attempts have been prevented. I have two accounts and I receive several notices on each account each day from the same IP address. I looked up the IP address today and they appear to be coming directly from BRIGHTHOUSE!!

    I have changed my password, I am on the official Yahoo mail sites and I am VERY tired of receiving all of these warning emails everyday! I cannot seem to satisfy you no matter what I do! Please stop!!…

    Dear Yahoo!,

    When I log in Yahoo, it requires an Account Key sms to my phone number.
    This kind of log in method is very very very troublesome!!!
    Why can't I just use password to log in as before?
    I'm not familiar with the technology.
    I can't use my email until my daughter study on it then just find the way to log in.

    Please take note to this issue.

  11. too much junk mail

    I get so much junk mail in my inbox that I may switch to another email. I've been a loyal customer for close to 20 years. I'd say I delete 10-20 a day.

  12. Hey, is there any chance to make this Yahoo work for human???

    This is getting crazy seriously; I cannot change any settings on my yahoo page and is like I have to read all the **** that you want to publish. This is really bad from Yahoo! I was expecting for improvements and this way you drive people in your way. No wonder why you are behind.

  16. My Spam folder, has a mail From: Yahoo office <Messages.Yahoo@tri.powerplatforms.net>. Please confirm that it is genuine & from Yahoo.

    Any mail from Yahoo should not go to my Spam folder.

    AS I SAID I HAVE TO USE YAHOO HERE AND 10 MONTHS I HAVEBIG PROBLEM WITH MY MAIL MY ACCOUNTA CONTACTS BANK ACCOUNTS EVERYTHING I HAVE BE HACKED SPY MONITORING HEREAND 10 MONTHS EVEN AND NOW FROM ZEERAT COMPANY MICHAEL REPETNLY AND A WHOLE TEAM ABOUT 35 PEOPLE ALL DEVELOPERS SO MY MAIL ALL THIS TIME USE IT FROM OTHERS AND YOU CAN SEE THAT THEY HAVE SET IT WITH FACEBOOK T STOLEN EVERYTHING FROM ME AND THATS THEY DONE ALL THIS MONTHS SO PLEASE CHECH IT OUT BECAUSE WETALK FOR A LOT PEOPLE

  20. Where is the link to see the status of my ad-free that I've been paying for for years but isn't working

    It is AMAZING to me that I'm being pushed and pushed and PUSHED to sign up for ad-free yahoo.... um, I've been paying, for years, it comes out of one of my credit cards, annually. How can I check on the status of THAT? I need to get that rectified!

    So, where is the link to check for my paid status?
