dont require a mobile phone for an email account
I do not have a mobile phone and do not want to get one but I still like to use email. Yahoo is demanding a mobile phone in order to verify my account. I don't have one so give me a different option.
Also I cant just use another's number because Yahoo will the periodically require me to enter a code sent to my listed number, but when I don't get that text I can not get into my account. Just don't require it. Your product worked before without it, it does not need it.

My display keeps changing! You keep moving things to a different place on the screen. It does NOTHING to improve ANYTHING!! All it does is complicate navigation!! STOP TRYING TO FIX SOMETHING THAT ISN'T BROKEN!!!!!!!

Your 'email resembles spam' filter so it doesn't send is ridiculously bad
So my daughter has her senior recital posted on youtube - how else can I tell my family and friends to see it without sending a repetitive/similar email with links? These are to people with either my last name or are in my address book.
I found DOZENS of unsent emails in my draft folder & I am very irritated.
If I can't send the emails I want, why use Yahoo mail???

How to unspam emails you now can't receive
About 6 months ago I accidentally marked an email as spam from a company I have an account with (TopCashBack in this case). Now they cannot send me emails and so I can't mark them as 'Not Spam" to rectify the problem. I can't find any setting I have access to to recify the problem, no help section covers it and I can't contact anyone personally to ask. Can you create a list to restore emails in your spam folder that covers 12 months, as I didn't realise straight away, or some way of adding email addresses you are happy…

Ad blocker message
I keep receiving a pop up message to remove ad blocker. I have not installed any and it does not appear in the extensions. These pop ups prevent me from using yahoo mail. Its very very very annoying. How do I get ri of this problem?

Why is delete grayed out?
You should look a Microsoft Outlook and mimic it. Turn on delete, new message etc. If I do not want to read something I should be able to delete it without opening it.

How to delete large number of emails
I have thousands of emails which I am deleting, but the system only allows for deleting 100 (sometimes 200) emails at a time. In that I generally receive 100 a day, is it possible to delete as many as a thousand emails at one time?

I've been using yahoo mail for 20+ years, I'll move if you do not stop - it's extremely irritating! Given the complaints about ads in the improvements list there is no way I'm removing Yahoo Mail from my Opera ad-blocker & furthermore, risking opening my computers up to potential virus infection via an ad. -

Stop blocking my inbox every time I leave the window trying to force me to turn off my ad blocker. The reason I use it is because you frequently show intrusive ads that hurt the performance of the site on my computer, and that are often inappropriate for my preferences. So very sad. I predict Yahoo will cancel email service completely in a few years. How can they stay afloat when Gmail's market share is growing each day.....and Yahoo doesn't seem to care. I recommend we all start switching immediately. Merry Christmas everyone! -
