How to unspam emails you now can't receive
About 6 months ago I accidentally marked an email as spam from a company I have an account with (TopCashBack in this case). Now they cannot send me emails and so I can't mark them as 'Not Spam" to rectify the problem. I can't find any setting I have access to to recify the problem, no help section covers it and I can't contact anyone personally to ask. Can you create a list to restore emails in your spam folder that covers 12 months, as I didn't realise straight away, or some way of adding email addresses you are happy to receive mail from, to help people with this issue in future?
