Why do I have to look at Cybil Shepherd's nipples while looking at my yahoo email?
I don't want to look at nipples, even celebrity nipples. Why would you post an ad for Cybil Shepherd's nipples? I don't need to see them. I have kids, they don't need to see them. My cat does not need to see them. I suppose that the 13 year old boys who work for Yahoo need to see them, as they are closest they'll ever get to nipples, but I don't need to see them. empty spam folder more difficult than it used to be
I used to be able to remove/delete all messages in spam folder with a click on the red garbage can icon located on the left of page next to spam folder. Now what is required to do the same job is to select all and then click "Delete". Problem is that this process requires at least two attempts to get the job done that the previously used technique (clicking on the red garbage can icon) did with one click all by itself.

stop deleting old emails
I understand (NOW) that inactive accounts are deactivated and old emails are deleted. When that happens, we should have the option to get these restored. This email was the one I used as a teenager and it's the one where I exchanged emails with my dad, who died when I was 19. Now all of my old emails with my deceased dad are just GONE. I want these back. Now.

Please stop the ad about ad-free emails everytime we open our emails
I don't care to pay to get ad-free email service. I'm OK with the way my mail is setup I just DONT WANT TO SEE THE POP UP EVERY SINGLE TIME I open my emails on yahoo. It's annoying and I wonder you are doing to drive some folks out of your site. You can tell me that via email - I'll move to gmail.

I see a banner with a countdown that asks me to unlock the advertisement. it is awfully annoying and disturbing. turn it off!

Stop Ads in body of email
All the adds in "free" email are bad enough (top of box, to whole right side) but now you have put a huge chunk of adds at the top of every individual email when you open it. If I click to open an email to read it, often times I accidentally click on these new adds and am routed to a commercial site. This is BREAKING your email and is a horrible idea. Even if I don't get re-routed by an accidental click I still have to scroll down now to see my email because your adds take up the…

forwarding
I like many have used the forwarding feature to another email to help with checking emails on the go on multiple devices. Android needs a gmail account to even use, so why ruin that service for people who use it by canceling it and right on the new year? I am a legacy user who has found that feature among the most helpful. Taking it away further erodes your user base and functionality. Ad Blocker
The "pop-up" about add blocking is ridiculous. I have to see it every time I sign into yahoo. Since I won't disable my ad blocker I have to wait to be able to do anything with my emails. Why the change? It is literally a pain in the bottom.

I was willing to use your stupid yahoo basic but not willing to wait some number of seconds until you let me into my mail box. So after decades as a loyal user I am transfering all my contacts to use a different mailbox.
