How can we improve New Mail?

I am REALLY ****** off!

I have an account that I am actively using ALL THE TIME and I get sent a threat you are going to close it because I haven't had to SIGN IN for a while? Even though I am sending and receiving emails. Even though I am organizing folders? SHAME ON YOU!
