Extremely angry at Yahoo
I am so angry that you are going to force me to pay to forward my emails. I will immediately begin the process of discontinuing my Yahoo account. This is a major problem for me because I use it for all personal and political email messages. Terrible decision and a slap in the face to loyal users.

Improvement Idea: Do not allow, especially anyone who "pays", to post here anonymously
To help limit the amount of childish and hateful vitriol coming from Americans, on this How to improve Yahoo...webpage, my suggestion is do not allow postings by anonymous children.

Multitasking function (multiple tabs open) BUT the tab should CLOSE when selecting BACK
The new multitasking feature allowing me to go back & forth to open emails is a great concept. The DESIGN FLAW is that after you select
"<-Back", the tab should close. Instead it stays open & I end up with lots of open tabs that I then have to manually close. Having to constantly do this is annoying, but it is time consuming when you have some tabs you want to remain open. You have to carefully review the open tabs before closing. I have been a very loyal user and have used Yahoo from the beginning as my primary public email and use other email services to have backup.
After 2021 January I should switch Yahoo to another email address to sidestep this newly imposed limitation.

Freebsd issues to view Yahoo Mail with Chromium web browser
I am currently running FreeBSD Operating System Version 12.2 and Version 12.1. Using a Chromium Web Browser. And having issues reading emails. It keeps giving circle icon cursor and it cannot seems to load any emails to read.

Allow users to block domains not only addresses
It sucks that i cannot block domains. And it sucks more that i contacted your help center twice and no one responds!
I need to be able to block an entire domain not just an email address.
There are prolific domains that keep sending junk to my mailbox and no matter how many addresses i block they keep producing more new addresses.You need to give users the ability to block an entire domain! This feature is readily available on other platforms, and it's a shame Yahoo is still lagging

mobile yahoo mail is not allowing me to log in
While I can log into Yahoo mail from any of my computers, I cannot log into yahoo mail on my phone. I understand that some others have had a similar problem recently. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but no such luck. Mail won't allow me to even verify the email that I set out to reverify as it wanted me to log into my mail account but would not let me in either.

Please remove the ads on the sides.
This is my business email, I can't print an email without the ads and frankly they are annoying to see the ads all day. I'm seriously going to move to a different service. This is a BUSINESS account.

The best way to improve your mail service is to separate genuine mail from advertising, just as I can have two physical letter boxes.

Dear yahoo,
I'm fine with ads - I know this is how you keep the service free. But can you please remove adds with scantly clad women: I don't to see butts, crotches, and brests shoved in my face every time I log on. It's degrading, disgusting, and offensive. Bring back thirrd party access.
It's really ****** that I can't use Outlook for all of my email addresses since you revoked access to third party applications. It's a real pain ********** to have to have 2 email servers opened instead of just one where I can easily access all of my school and personal emails.

sign-in screen
Lots of people are happy with two sign-in screens. I have never wanted for my user name to be saved from session to session. This morning, I noted that my user name was already on the sign-in screen. Even after I removed it, signed out and signed back in, it was there. Putting user name and password on one screen would be acceptable. Remaining signed in should also be an option, not something one must uncheck every time.
