Storage space cleanup
I deleted almost 15% of my emails and it still shows that I havent cleared any more space from 47GB that I am using. It is almost like it is forcing me to pay even after I have deleted quite a bit of emails with attachments. I think it quite unfair on the original yahoo users to take the space down from 1TB to 20GB.

Storage that I use and deleting old stuff in a minimum number of clicks.
I received a message from Yahoo Mail today stating that I have used more than 20G. I cannot find a way to see what the big usage of space are.
I cannot delete all of the old email from one source (say "The New Yorker") older than 30 days. I erased over 1000 and cannot find any way to work on using less storage.
Going to SETTINGS, I cannnot fiend anything aboout "Storage" use or controls. Can you help?

You already do what I want my email provider to do. I do not want anything more or different. PLEASE STOP WITH THESE RIDICULOUS "ENHANCEMENTS" OR "IMPROVEMENTS."

Don't charge for space
The idea that yahoo, after I've been a user of the free tier for ~20 years, will start to charge me for storage (I'm only using ~20gb), is a massive mistake and anti-user.
This has always been pitched as a free email service, and I have hundreds of websites that use my yahoo.com email. I am not interested in a paid option and have been viewing yahoo ads for 2 decades. Forcing me to pay is INSULTING.
please reconsider this move.

Spam
You guys SERIOUSLY need better spam detection and blocking. While some of my contacts (which I've had for years) get blocked as spam, an absolutely insane amount of actual spam is hitting my inbox. In the past month, I've had rather obvious spam (viagra, ozempic, etc.) hit my inbox in considerable numbers. Please do something about your mailbox algorithm. This is getting silly.

Storage limit
Recently Yahoo introduced a storage limit of 20GB. However there is no way in the Mail UI to sort by email size.
I can find emails with "attachments" but do not know which emails are contributing most to the overall storage usage.If I am going to be asked to manage to this limit, at least give me the tools to help manage it.

Storage Space
The reduction in storage space is enough to drive me away from Yahoo mail. As it is, people look at me strangely because I still use it, but if that wasn't enough, reducing the storage just might.

Email storage limit
I received a warning that I have reached my email storage limit but I deleted over 30,000 emails and I still get the message. I looked in your 'help' link and it said to hover over my icon and it would show 'storage' but I did that and no 'storage' link popped up.

Why no more storage?!!
The only reason I stuck with Yahoo! Mail and made it my default provider for so long was only because of the unlimited storage it provided. That was the ONLY reason. I found it helpful that I could potentially look things up from long long ago (even though with the deplorable mail search, even this was often patchy and old mail still couldn't be searched for and retrieved). I've endured Yahoo not getting emails from different companies (not showing up in spam or anywhere), I've endured Yahoo not working well with different mobile apps, and I've endured having to go…

Do not restrict old users to 20 GB of storage
Please do not restrict old accounts which had 1 TB of storage to 20 GB of storage. Emails are the digital identity of the internet. This could ruin lives

Don't be ridiculous about your storage.
You gave no warning at all about being over the free storage limit that maybe you just made up and I am hearing for the first time now and now give less than one month to do something about it or pay more. Then you offer NO tools to help look at how much space each email folder or anything is taking up.
That's pretty ridiculous and a greedy corporate move to kill long term users that are looking at and loading your website advertisements throughout the day. -

How do I manage my new draconian sized email quota?
Just got the notification that my account quota is being reduced by 98%, from 1000 GB to only 20GB. Incredible and inexcusable to drop this big of a bomb on your users.
What tools are available to tell me which folders and messages are using the most space? Right now, all I can see is an overall total. No idea how big any email or folder is.

Keep with the old plan
Your plan to change my Yahoo Plus from unlimited to 200GB is a cruel joke, especially as storage has never been so cheap to buy. After years of paying you for a service, this is how we get rewarded????? LAME.

no annual options
It really stinks that you are forcing people to buy storage or cutting them off by August but you have no annual plans so you have to pay monthly. I would pay an annual fee but I will probably want to leave yahoo after all these years since you have few and terrible options for upgrading. So ******. You've never been great and your service has always been awful but email mostly works and I've had my account for decades, too bad you all don't care about coming up with options people would want to use.
