Speak to humans to recover email
I have been trying to recover vital emails that YAHOO deleted and I cannot speak to anyone I’ve been trying for 4 days and it’s all important waste of time. I’ve put several recover requests in and zero response.

Nickname of Temporary Emails unchangeable is SUPER frustrating
When I was trying to create temporary emails, I didn't realize that the nickname process was going to be the basis for all the other temp email I would want to create. Now I have a nickname and suffix that will make ZERO sense for the purposes of any future temporary emails.
I haven't used this feature because the nickname is permanent, this seems like a crazy dumb thing to not allow for chance, especially if there are no other temp email attached to it yet.

being able to paste information in the same format , as well as paste pictures,
in the prior format I could copy a picture or information and paste in the email, when I paste from a worksheet it is no longer in the shape of what I copied - creates a mess, and if I copy a picture and want to paste, it will not do it. I hate to have to create a file and then attach it, more of a wast of time and then I have to go and delete the file - as it was only for a temporary usage.

Delete the 3rd box on Yahoo mail that runs top to bottom. I read that it can be done using javascript, but as I'm not versed in that code, there should be an easier way...

I thought Yahoo already had spam protecton. I have no idea , but recommend you please streghten your protectionction ,
on today 2/5/26, I received an email from an unidentified source in my inbox( not in spam). I did not open or touch it. However it did appear to be some sort of advertisement. Unlike any other advertisement which do appear alongside of emails. I so not understand why unsolicited email would appear in any email other than in spam. Could you please create someway to correct this, I have no ideas at this time.

change appearance
I can only see 2 emails when I first open email as the bottom gives me a large blank rectangle on the bottom and another large blank square on the right side. When I open an email, I only see a few lines to read and must constantly scroll down. Very frustrating. My husband's is fine and mine just changed this week. Very frustrating.

New searches
I like to sort my emails to go thru them and delete what I don't need the only ways to sort are
1.Newest to oldest
2.Oldest to Newest
3.Sender Name A-Z
I wish you could sort by Z-A
Also combining sorts like Z-A Oldest to Newest or Newest to Oldest
or even Z-A unread or starred.

Please consider adding a box for deleting mail by days rather than the current option on desktop of selecting one box at the top that selects all the mail. On the phone app we can delete by days for the week which makes it much easier to move through clearing unnecessary or unwanted emails faster vs one by one on the desktop by clicking each single box or the delete option one by one to avoid deleting all. One box above each day for the week, then earlier in the month just like the phone version or by month would…
