accidental deletion
Today I had to look into an email received in 2023. I sadly recognized that I have lost all my incoming mail between 09.october 2022- 06. august 2025.
This is not an idea, but I have no option to get in touch with you other ways. I check my emails in Firefox on desktop and via IMAP on my iPhone. Accidental/purposeful deletion is impossible on my devices, or by me.
Can you please help? Thanks! -

Hello,I am trying to delete large numbers of old emails in Yahoo Mail, but the feature to “Select all conversations that match this search” does appear but i cannot delete or move the selection. I can only select one page of emails at a time, which makes it impossible to manage years of old mail efficiently.
Details:
I am using the Standard Yahoo Mail interface on desktop.

Emails have vanished etc
ALL of my emails between February and august vanished from my inbox.
I have obvious obscene emails in my unread folder that dont appear anywhere else.
I have legitimate emails in my unread folder that dont appear in my inbox.
I have obvious phishing emails in my inbox that were not blocked.
I have emails in my inbox that i have filters set to block.
Yahoo email is by-far hands-down the WORST EMAIL ive ever had. Im forced to use it by frontier.com

MAKE IT EASIER TO RECAPTURE OLD EMAIL USING A 3RD AUTHENTIFICATION - LIKE CALLING ME ON THE PHONE TO IDENTIFY WHO I AM.

Fix the bug
Yahoo android app is not presenting the bottom menu with the folders. I had to delete the app to get the menu back. But one day later, the menu is gone again. You've got a major bug that needs to be fixed asap.

I'm not reciveing my emails as i should and sender is saying its yaohoo fault

emptying trash folder not working
I deleted a ton of e-mails so I won't have to pay for space due to Yahoo Mail's upcoming changes but when I go to delete all those e-mails in my trash folder, they won't delete.
At least it's not showing me they have deleted. What does it look like on your end?
I deleted over 200K e-mails.
