  1. Incorrect Account Key

    I'm been unable to sign in using the account key recently, i type in the Account Key but it says "Incorrect Account Key" i create a new one and get the same issue this has been happening more and more often over the last few weeks. So i have to resort to getting a code sent via text

    Can someone rectify this please?

    Hi there! Sometimes when a mailbox behaves like this it’s because of another program or app the account is being accessed from. Syncing issues between the account and a mail app can cause emails to be moved around oddly.

    If you access the account through a mobile device or app, you may want to remove the account from the device and re-add it to resolve any syncing issues in the future.

The password for the primary account and sub account are accurate. the Primary account is fine and receiving email. Email for subaccount has not been updated since June and not getting any help from Yahoo or AT&T. What are the steps to correct this issue

  16. Bug with „Filter message” function.

    So, I would like to report a bug. Your „Filter messages” function, does not work as intended. I changed the name of the folder, redirected my emails to the respective folder but the emails keep going into inbox.

    I have a problem with email and I can't get any help because I live in Russia and there is no yahoo plus subscription available. I am ready to pay because I like yahoo mail service, but I can't!
