What happened to my email. Cut off all comments months ago even though you told me to post, now all of my email since 1998 is missing? Can't be loaded? Why the games. Not my fault you have 25,000 negative reviews about how you handle comments.

Allow people to talk to an actual person free of charge
Its ridiculous that the only help you offer is to talk to an AI that doesn't even understand what is being told to it. It didn't help me solve my issue nor did it understand what I told it. It then tells me to go call you guys for "premium" support which requires me to pay to fix problems that are on your end. Thats unacceptable. Right now I can't view my emails iin either the app or on web browser in Chrome or Firefox and I can't delete the emails. I could use some help to fix this but…

Yahoo mail via web browsers not working.
"We couldn't load this message. Retry" Is the error I keep getting despite clicking on the Retry button, nothing happens. However Yahoo mail app is working just fine.

Signed in through a different browser and all mail shows from January only
I usually check my email through Chrome......it's erroring out so I logged on through Microsoft Edge......my whole email is gone........it shows everything back in January of 2025.... where are all my current emails/folders?????
