    hi there
    i have been reset factory my mobile phone. now i do not have access to my yahoo account. now when i want to log in into my yahoo mail, the web page wants i click on an account key on yahoo app. but i do not have access. also, when i request to send code to recovery email, i do not receive any email from yahoo. i do not have any other option.
    please help me.

  2. Yahoo Email Needs to LEARN!

    Even emails with one's own or specifically added into the special Yahoo email file often arrive in SPAM or TRASH. Yahoo email needs a major injection of AI!

    About a week ago, authentication via mobile phone application stopped working. Can't login to pc with app, only phone number. It's very annoying and time consuming, plus I'm not sure if it makes me pay a fee every time. Please fix the app authenticator.

  4. I would like to know why i am not getting Quickbooks bills. I don't WANT to have to change e-mail addresses. But i can't reach you without p

    Allow us to reach you when there is a problem without making us spend $5! The problem is on your end. And i don't WANT to have to give Google my business. But i need to be able to get quickbooks bills and a few other e-mails that aren't getting through and are not filtered. And there is no way now to reach you. I can only assume that you are trying to fold as a business.

  7. can't login on my phone but can on computer

    I went to get into my Yahoo on my computer but it logged me out and made me re-enter my login, did so but it said it was incorrect so I tried on my phone and the same. Reset the password and got in on the computer but my phone is saying "Email Address Mismatch" WTF!??? What's the issue?

  8. Signed pdf attachment file names malformed once downloaded to a Windows computer

    When downloading an attachment where the file name is in Hebrew, Yahoo doesn't retain the file name but instead malforms it (including extension) on Windows platform.

    Example:
    Original file name (as appears in Yahoo web mail preview):
    " 2021-44089593720210622204628.pdf"

    Downloaded file name:
    =UTF-8BMjAyMS00OTEyNzk1NjBfMjAyMTA5MDFfMTgwMTM4LnBkZg===

    After running base64 decode on the <encoded-file-name> part of the downloaded file name, i.e.: =UTF-8B<encoded-file-name>=
    Then the result is the original file name.

    The issue happens only with signed pdfs, although I wasn't able to reproduce it using a pdf that I personally signed.

  10. Nothing ever loads or gets sent. Fix it.

    Yahoo mail is starting to get a little ridiculous. I send e-mails and they don't get sent. Mail and attachments don't load. I've tried it on other computers and browsers as well. It's just been completely broken lately. Are you forcing us to try and change mail providers?

    Meanwhile the SMTP and POP servers always seem to work fine.

    I have recently re-connected my Yahoo mail via POP3 settings to my Microsoft Outlook 365 on Android and the Yahoo system keeps sending me a verification email "New sign in on Microsoft Outlook" EVERY FIVE MINUTES.

    It has been like this for two days and it's SOO annoying. What can I do??? Pleaseee

  14. Fake SMS comes as Two Step Verification SMS Code

    Thank you Yahoo! for two step verification for safety. But recently I have experienced that every time when I select the option of SMS in two step verification, in first place fake SMS with verification code comes which is not from Yahoo!. I used to ignore it and ask for resend the code. In second time a correct Yahoo! verification code comes via SMS by saying ******** is your Yahoo verification code.

  15. Unable to send mail!

    I changed my password recently and i have been unable to send messages through my mail for over 24 hours. I tried to sign up for the yahoo plus support but i have been unable to due to my location in Nigeria. How come there is no other option for me to rectify this and why am i unable to send messages even after 24 hours of changing my password? i have verified my security details over and over again and i still have this issue. It is really disappointing!

  17. Yahoo Contacts sync is currently experiencing problems It will be back shortly

    On my Samsung Android 11 phone, sync of Yahoo contacts is not working since a few weeks. I reinstalled the mail app and re-added the Yahoo mail account. But it makes no difference. I systematically get the error message:
    "Sync is currently experiencing problems. It will be back shortly"
    I don't see how to set this right. I guess I will have to abandon Yahoo soon.

  18. Allow me to view ALL of my email. Fix the error, "We couldn't load this message. Retry"

    It's clear many of us have experienced an issue for years when clicking on certain emails. Yahoo states, "We couldn't load this message. Retry" - but on like 50% of my messages, all from different senders. The only consistency in this error is Yahoo.
