    In order to protect all users, we temporarily block sending on accounts that are flagged with spam-like or suspicious sending habits. If you’re seeing “suspicious activity detected” or “account temporarily blocked from sending messages”, you’ll still have access to your mail and receive messages while you wait for the hold to expire.   2. WRONG PHOTOGRAPH ON AUTO GENERATED CARD

    When I put my cursor over my email address it shows an auto generated card with a photograph. I've no idea who this is, but it is definitely NOT ME.

  3. authentication

    Your two factor authentication is very busted. firefox gets into a loop. I need to switch to chrome after authenticating. Need to clean up cookies in the browsers, etc...and then start all over...

    FIX THIS.

  5. Wrong Years on search results

    When searching mail - by Starred, sent, etc., the returned list is in year groups, but each group has the WRONG YEAR as its header. My 2019 emails are headed 2018; 2018 mails are headed 2017 and so on. Shouldn't be hard to fix.

  7. ios upgrade deleted my emails - Mar 2020 ?

    30 Mar 2020 - My family shares an icloud account and my husband just upgraded his iPhone to iOS 13.4, last week then his iWatch to 6.02 (?) a few days later - and suddenly yahoo emails are gone?!?! They are not in Trash, not in Draft, not anywhere. Ironically emails that are in subfolders are still there. We blindly rely on your service, but please help find these emails from 3/29/2020 and earlier.

    I used domain yahoo.com to sign in. But after signing in, my domain changed to yahoo.com.vn so I could not recieve any email. How can I change the domain back to yahoo.com to recieve email ?

    Yahoo usernames are unique, meaning regardless of the domain, your username stays the same. However, you need to add the correct email address (the one you first registered at Yahoo.com) to social media sites or other companies, with the correct domain in order to receive their emails.

  13. message sent and received a different text content

    I sent an email to my colleague and the text she received was not the one I wrote. She received additional words in the text. Why is that?

    This was very disturbing, made my message be hard to understand.
    It also got me worried. I am wondering now if using yahoo email is safe.

    The email was sent from my phone, Android system, Yahoo mail app.

    Uninstall and reinstall the app, secure the account (Password reset). If there are any security programs or scrambling programs installed, disable them.

    when I search in Chrome, as I type new characters, the UI center moves to the left. So, I don't see what I'm typing

  16. email search function not working

    search function not working! So annoying will only show the last 10 emails for a search term arrrrrgggggghhhh! it's been like this since september 2019! Why have you not fixed this bug. it used to show months of emails so you could find what you were looking for.
    **** I'm going to change my email to gmail sick of this time wasting to try find my email history. AAAAAAAhhhhhhh

  17. Can't send email bcause system thinks it's spam

    Can't send email or reply because system thinks it's spam, gives me a message and keeps putting it in my draft folder. I tried on laptop, tablet & iPhone to no avail. This started about 1 Oct.
