email going to SPAM folder
As your questions asks, How can we improve New Mail? My email keeps going to the SPAM folder. Here is an idea, FIX THE PROBLEM.
If mail is recognized as spam by our internal filters it will appear in the spam folder. You can tell our internal filters these messages are legit by marking them “As Not Spam” here: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/manage-spam-mailing-lists-yahoo-mail-sln28056.html
