When I click on Yahoo Mail it shows that I have some emails but when I click on that there are no emails. It's things like this that made me get a gmail account.

bug in name recognition
When writing an email to a list of persons in my contact list, one person's name was impossible to get recognition to. Numerous attempts failed, and numerous checks were made that the name really was in the contact list. I tried to restart program, and computer. It was frustrating! (But all those feelings faded when I saw Notre Dame in fire!)

Problem with file access
In Yahoo groups, when I try to open a document in the Files section, there is an error message which says that xa.yimg.com has a security certificate that expired in January 2019 so my browser, Firefox, won't allow me to view the file. Can you update your xa.yimg.com certificate please? Thanks.

Please do not add '8' after Country Code +7 (Russia)
Hi, when trying to make 2fa with mobile number for Russian mobile phone system adds extra "8" and thus riun the attempt to make 2fa. For example +7 *** *** xx xx is right, but system adds extra "8" so the phone number start looking wrong like +7 8 *** *** xx xx

BUG in PDF preview, renders text incorrectly
Okay I tripped directly over this one. I was reading a PDF document in the preview pane of Yahoo Mail and it looked like it was riddled with typos. It turns out that this is just a flaw in the PDF preview; when I download the document and view it in Adobe Acrobat it looks just fine, but in preview it is rendered incorrectly.
Specific problem is that "ligatures" are not being displayed -- the letter groups "ti", "ff", and "tt" are all omitted, so "Transportation" became "Transportaon", "better" became "beer" (ha!), and "different" became "dierent".

SERIOUS BUG! When deleting emails, the next unselected valid email gets moved to SPAM
You have a serious bug that I only recently figured out. I sometimes leave emails I've read in my inbox for follow-up later on. When I go to delete other emails around that unselected email, it disappears. I thought, "there's no way it's deleting that email", because when I check the Trash folder, it's not there. However for some time now I've know certain emails were disappearing because when I went to look for them, they were missing, and nowhere to be found, until FINALLY I checked the SPAM folder, and there they were! REALLY??? Unselected important emails left in…

Can't send email to an address with non-latin domain name
I'm trying to send an email to an address hosted on a domain with a cyrillic name. I'm getting an error message "Please correct these email addresses before sending". This shouldn't happen as I'm entering a valid and functioning email address.

Then i find out that i using yahoo mail ending with @yahoo.com to creat this account but yahoo server on my country combite it with @yahoo.com.vn in 2017 (or sooner)
My friend was trying to send me a mail with the both address and just the new one (@yahoo.com.vn) can receive email. another said that "ADDRESS NOT FOUND".

Report a bug to yahoo without sharing my data with the world
I wanted to report a bug with the preview links setting (links generate even when it's switched off) but discovered I have to do it through this forum where I have to make my details public. This is really poor Yahoo! To only accept bug reports if users agree to share personal infromation is disgraceful.
