Changed Size of viewed screen without prior notice TOO SMALL NOW!!
Your site suddenly started my email view showing much smaller than I have been using for years! What's happened, and how can I RESET or modify the size of the incoming screen and emails, so I can navigate without having to use Glasses?? This sudden change was not my doing, so some edits on your end had caused this, and I need to change it back the way it was prior to Feb 14, 2026. Please advise and be succinct in your reply. ASAP

Hi there! I'm using the New Yahoo Mail.
Here's an issue that is taking up too much of my time.
Topic : Selecting Multiple Emails is broken.
If I click on the first email, hold shift and click the last email I receive varying results.
Sometimes I receive the expected result, which is all emails between the first and the last are selected, inclusive.
However, every time I open the New Yahoo Mail and try to select consecutive emails to be deleted I receive different emails selected.
Sometimes, three emails will be selected when it should have been nine.

Some of the mails sent to me by often- used contacts don't seem to get through
A rather important mail sent as a reply to my mail to the person arrived in my inbox on 10 February - but I can't see it when I check my mails. I've looked in settings and in spam, and that doesn't explain anything. The mail only appeared when I searched on the person's email address. quit trying to censor Judicialwatch.org when they send me something by referring that it might be spam even when they are in my contacts list. And why does it take dozens of clicks saying its ok before you drop the message saying you think it might be spam? Cut the politics out! If you don't like them, don't read them. Leave the rest of us alone to read what we want from whomever we want!

Personal Emails shouldn't be deleted by Yahoo.
I am very disappointed with yahoo. I trusted my emails would remain until I decided to delete them. I had important documents in my emails that I can't retrieve unless the yahoo customer support team can restore them. I don't understand the reasoning for deleting my personal emails at all.

Yahoo help keeps going back to the Choose Product option. Please fix it.
I need help accessing Yahoo help. The menu goes from Choose Product to Choose Support Option, and then, when I select Yahoo Specialist, it goes back to the previous menu. I feel sad that I was a Yahoo employee for the longest time and such a simple feature is not functioning.

Mobile Yahoo Mail App infinite loop
My Yahoo mail app on my android stopped functioning today 2/2/2026. On opening the app I am put into a three step infinite loop to update notifications, update light dark viewing, sync with Gmail AOL etc. No matter how many ways you respond the loop just repeats and never leaves. Please fix this android mobile app now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The last few days I keep getting an error in the field on the right of the email that you reserve for adverts. It is now causing probs with my browser. It reads:

don't block Yahoo-senders for DMARC issues...
since (apparently) I can't access the correct yahoo-help channels I just wanted to inform you, that recently I got Emails from a Yahoo-account to another Yahoo-account rejected due to DMARC-issues!? How can a user resolve issues if you don't trust your own servers-?? Here is the rejection message:
