  1. Yahoo has blocked Goto Webinar confirmation email

    I have had this issue for quite some time. After I register for a GoTo Webinar, I don't receive a webinar confirmation email in my @yahoo.com inbox. This prevents me from joining a webinar. When I use another email address, I receive a confirmation. Yahoo seems to have blocked this webinar confirmation from the Goto Webinar for some reason.

  2. Getting rid of the Errors

    I think it's time I should be able to edit where I live, and also to get my emails to come to the Inbox instead of Trash or Spam. I'm perfectly capable of deciding what goes where and am getting tired of having to check 3 separate boxes for emails from friends & businesses.

  3. Problem with e-mail

    I created an account a few days ago with the name “sophiedubois162@yahoo.com” I tried to log in to it yesterday and I get an error “We do not recognize this account” and until a few days ago everything was working, when I send an email to this email address from another email address it pops up that the email cannot be delivered because email inactive, when I try to register with the name sophiedubois162 it does not work because it says the account already exists, please help and solve the problem quickly and activate my account, thanks

  4. Don't delete my emails

    Used the new delete all emails from sender option & Yahoo promptly automatically deleted ALL my emails including those in Folders which is unbelievable (over 4000 deleted). Have tried 2 restore requests to no avail & impossible to contact a Specialist. Yahoo needs to do much better.

    Dear Yahoo Support Team,

    I have been using the Yahoo Plus email service, but my subscription recently ended due to a change in my credit card. I am trying to update my payment information and reactivate my Yahoo Plus subscription, but I am encountering some issues.

    When I attempt to enter my address during the payment process, the system only allows me to select states from the United States, whereas I live in Turkey. This restriction prevents me from entering my actual address, and as a result, I cannot complete the payment process.

    Most of my emails in my folders moved to trash and all of my 2024 emails in folders totally disappeared.
    Yahoo as able to retrieve all my emails upto 2023 but not any 2024

  8. Desktop mail errors

    I've been using yahoo mail for years. In the last month, desktop email is not working consistently. It hangs up after performing some action and/or refreshing a folder/inbox. I'm not paying to report the issue. If it's not fixed in a week, I'll stop using yahoo.

  9. Fix the issue with missing emails

    There is no way to contact customer service to report that all the emails in my inbox have disappeared. It would be great for there to be a resolution for this. It is not a matter of restoring emails I deleted, it is a matter of fixing a bug with Yahoo! Mail.

  11. Please provide some kind of support to the yahoo users....

    Unable to open any mails in the inbox. Same error on android app, windows chrome and firefox browsers, it's a problem at yahoo's end. All bank transactions stuck due to this stupid problem. This is a serious concern with yahoomail.

    Lately when I'm composing an email and hit the attachment button it says draft cannot be saved and the image(s) don't show up that I'm trying to send. This happens more often than not. I don't know how to fix this error. The email is rendered useless. How can I get help?

  14. cant change my signature name in a sent email

    My name is bill,and somehow my signature email name on a sent email says Joaquin ,i dont know how it got altered,when ever i send an email i have Joaquin as the senders name,not bill,it's been like that for 4 years,i cant find any setting that says Joaquin is the name,i changed my profile name but still the idiotic signature thing says Joaquin as the senders name,can anyone tell me how to change the email senders name to my real name?

  15. Mail not marked as spam fixes

    I want the providers to fix mail checks so that the messages, despite not marking those addresses as spam nor blacklisting. I had some couple of messages that was supposedly to receive but they never release any.

    I also did sign in my yahoo email on Sunday ( June 2) . But this morning , my yahoo mail got signed out and when I try to sign in back it is showing " Sorry , we don't recognize this email ".

  17. Must update customer care support in india

    Dear Sir

    I was not able to login my yahoo account which was @yahoo.co.in,other option was to login with gmail , i logined with gmail id *@gmail.com, when i login into yahoo account i can see my yahoo emails, however after integration of yahoo & gmail email marked to yahoo id were not going and bounced back,than i tried to remove the account of gmail , after than my my email id was changed from *@yahoo.co.in to *@gmail.com.
    When i try to login with yahoo id it says account not Sorry, we don't recognise that email address or phone number.

    Your 'security' farce is preventing me from recreating an old email that I need to delete an old account, please get the stick out of your ***** as I don't even have a yahoo account to have attempted to access 'too many times'.     The Yahoo didn't delivered many e-mails from the ***@pcland.hu.
    According to them, they sent me more than 3 e-mails and I received only one, while the rest isn't in the spam and based on their statement, it's happened many times that the Yahoo doesn't delivered their messages.
    It's an online webshop and the e-mails from them are really important! Please investigate the reason of not delivering their e-mails.
