reactivating my yahoo plus account
Dear Yahoo Support Team,
I have been using the Yahoo Plus email service, but my subscription recently ended due to a change in my credit card. I am trying to update my payment information and reactivate my Yahoo Plus subscription, but I am encountering some issues.
When I attempt to enter my address during the payment process, the system only allows me to select states from the United States, whereas I live in Turkey. This restriction prevents me from entering my actual address, and as a result, I cannot complete the payment process.
I have tried multiple times but without success. I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how I can update my payment details with my correct address and successfully reactivate my Yahoo Plus subscription.
