    Hi. It can be frustrating when websites don't work the way they're supposed to. If you're unable to access a Yahoo website, but others load just fine, you may be experiencing a DNS issue.

  4. My entire account history was deleted. I used it Christmas 2023 and Feb 2024.

    I used my Yahoo account between Christmas 2023 and New Year's eve to sign my kids up for a Nintendo Switch family plan. The notice I received explaining why my account was deleted told me that I hadn't used it in 12 months. This isn't true. Also, I used the account to purchase and log into a Blizzard game towards the end of February 2024.

    Please help me understand why my entire account history was deleted.

    How do I change my Yahoo ID email domain from @yahoo.in to @yahoo.com

    Please advise how I change my Yahoo ID email domain back to @yahoo.com as it was before.

    I find the Yahoo Support not very helpful concerning this issue and all they good at is making various excuses

    Your domain extension can't be changed. If your email address has an older, country specific domain extension but you wish to have a @yahoo.com extension, we can advise creating a new account. However, keep in mind you won't be able to use your old ID.

  10. The enter button stops working in email drafts.

    I'll be typing along... then typing just stops working. This happens most often with the enter button but can happen with any text. I have to copy what I've already typed, then refresh the page. Sometimes what I already typed is still there, sometimes it's not.
    Please fix this.

  11. Important emails aren't sending. They keep kicking back, from multiple recipients.

    I've been getting Mailer Daemons / Undeliverable emails since Monday. But only when I send them to the people they need to go to. When I test them by sending to one of our other email addresses they send fine.

  12. How to stop yahoo mail identifying legitimate email as spam and failing to send it, the link in the response does not load

    Yahoo mail has a nasty habbit of classifying some emails as spam even if they are not. What we need is a way to confirm to Yahoo that they are wrong and it is not spam, I have easted 3 hours today tryung to send an important email to provide data to a customer only to be continually told my email is spam, it is not and the customer going crazy as not received the email. We need to be able to report these as not spam and be able to send them

  14. Inbox emails return the next day as unread

    Even after I have read, marked as read, deleted and marked email as spam, the next day, sometimes the same hour, they are back! Gross! I already hate most of my garbage email.

  15. undo delete not visible

    The current undo delete popup is almost invisible. It is displayed at the top. By the time I move the mouse over there to undo it will be gone and hard to find where it is due to other colors. Please move the popup right where we do delete or at the bottom of the screen like in web Microsoft outlook.

  17. Android app failing

    The Yahoo App on my Android phone won't connect. It simply opens and shows the logo and then closes. No error message. Have rebooted the phone to no avail. Time to junk it?

    The yahoo app on my Android phone isn’t working all of a sudden. It flashes like it’s opening then shuts down. I have reinstalled. Nothing changed. I have to log in manually via internet. What is happening.

  20. can't send email to yahoo

    Hi,
    I have a company email and in the past month I cannot send any emails to a yahoo account. All of them bounce back after a day or two. I have checked with my provider and they assure me everything is ok from their side and have told me to contact Yahoo about the problem.

    This is the diagnostic report I get on the bounce backs:
