  3. I am unable to contact a specialist via support. I tried doing it with different accont, OS, browsers but nothing wokred.

    I am experiencing issues sending emails to Yahoo accounts. I have contacted support and raised a ticket, but neither approach has resolved the problem. The process keeps making me repeat the same steps without any progress.

  5. Not receiving email from a specific domain name

    Good morning Yahoo Mail Team. I am not receiving any email from a specific domain credixcm.com. This is the error message received by the sender 24 hours after sending:

  6. Verification Code not sending

    Apologies for posting a technical issue on this post. I am in Australia, unfortunately, none of your suggested technical contact phone numbers accept calls from my region, your help menu does not offer any assistance to internationals, and contacting a Yahoo specialist does not work from Australia. I did however contact Yahoo headquarters in California, but it just went to message bank. IF you can, please forward through a help line for international technical support. I did contact Yahoo Australia in Sydney, but they are just a media centre, and offer no support for anything.

  7. some e-mails are not received

    Hello,

    i did not had any issues with my yahoo account since i started using it almost 30 years ago. Since two weeks some mails, from people which i received e-mails with no problems in the past, are not received. They have all different domain names. Other mails are received with no problems. Those people receive a message that the mail is undelivrable but the message doesn't really indicate the reason. I'm only using 0.67% of the storage. Is there any other reason why i can't receive some of the mails i need to receive?

  8. Not receiving e-mails

    Since last week, I stopped receiving e-mails from certain addresses/domains. It is extremely annoying especially because the e-mails are work related. I checked all the spam/trash folders, all the blocked addresses and security settings, no sign of anything going wrong, except receiving said messages.

  9. When I sign into my mail and exit Yahoo takes me back to the mail sign in page and I have to quit Yahoo and open again to get to the news.

    Right now when I am finished reading my mail and exit mail it takes me back to the mail sign in area and I have to quit Yahoo and open it up again to get to the normal Yahoo page with the news. It never used to do that. This is on the normal mail area. I see no reason why I need to restart Yahoo to get back to where I started, the normal news area.

  12. Hi, it seems like one of your mailservers have been blacklisted. I have not received some emails that are sent and they are getting Error

    Below is the message they get when they email me. according to MXtoolbox this is missing DMARC check

    Hi. Thank you for writing to us. Please be advised that Yahoo is protecting you by prioritizing authenticated email. The small business or domain that is trying to email you needs to update its DKIM settings/security with its email provider. We can help you inform the sender about the problem, but unfortunately, we can't directly fix the issue ourselves. Let the sender know there's an authentication issue on their end specifically with DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail).

    Recommend they configure DKIM for their emails. Direct them to go to https://learn.microsoft.com and search for Email Authentication in Microsoft 365. 


    They can contact Microsoft directly for DKIM setup assistance. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while Microsoft resolves this issue.

  13. incorrectly marked Spams

    This is regarding yahoo mail. Trying to find a way to ensure my domain's email are not marked spam.

    Recently, all the emails I receive with a specific domain in the mail (@sadaataid.com) are ending up in my spam folder. These may be forwarded mails (the domain in the "To" field) or sent from that domain address (in the "From" field).

    I happen to manage that domain, and I know that there aren't any unsolicited mails sent from those accounts. So I am not sure why Yahoo keeps classifying those as "Spam". What can I do to help fix this?

    The fetch feature for collecting all the emails from a single sender displays an error message. This problem comes and goes. Gets tiresome not being able to follow a senders email chain.

  15. Verification code is not being recd on mobile phone

    My father has an e-mail account on yahoo but he is not able to access and even mobile phone option for password recovery is not being shown. Earlier mobile phone was seen 1 day ago but when tried to recover password the verification code was not sent despite several attempts

  18. outlook not being able to send to yahoo email address

    I am not receiving emails from people using outlook. Outlook cannot send emails to yahoo accounts at this time.
    Please fix this issue, I have no idea how many emails I am missing at this time or who might be trying to contact me. When sending from outlook account, it comes back as undeliverable. It is a recent issue. Never had that problem before so don't suggest to check my spelling or anything as that is NOT the issue

  19. I can't receive emails sent from the Microsoft Server anymore.

    Email sent from accounts using the Microsoft server don't make it into my Inbox anymore since last week. No idea why.
