Spam
The Spam filter is moving emails that are NOT SPAM into the Spam. These are from addresses that I HAVE SENT EMAILS TO MYSELF! This is a major major failure of the algorithm, and actually has had some significant consequences for me in not realizing I had emails that were important.
I have gmail as well, and it will now be my main email from here on out. This is an inexcusable and unforgivable sin as a mail client. Occasional Spam slipping through the filter can be tolerated. Hiding important emails that are very obviously NOT spam is not tolerable. -

Issue after filtering for unread emails
When I filter for unread emails, then click on an email that was not read, the email will change to another email (usually one that I recently sent). I do not click buttons, it just happens. I need this fixed as it becomes hard to find the email that was currently marked as unread, that I now need to go back to. HELP!!!!

Can't sign into my *****@myuwc.ac.za account if I sign out.
I cannot sign into my gmail *****@myuwc.ac.za, using google chrome, it says: Your sign-in settings don't meet your organisation's 2-Step Verification policy.
How do I rectify it?

Recently I have tried to forward emalls that have pictures. The pictures are removed from the content, replaced by >>> and white space. It also mangles URLS and links and puts in a lot of white space. I use the latest version of Chrome. I tried disabling extensions. Nothing words. Yahoo mail classic does not have the problem. Using mail on iPhone does not have this problem.

sent to your email address - This appears when 'YAHOO' have apparently noticed some activity on my account which does not match my 'normal' habits. This seems to infer that all Yahoo accounts are being tracked and that if your routine changes they block your account.
So when they 'Enter verification code' and tell you they have sent it to your alternative email address they don't check they have sent it, which makes it very frustrating to get into your account. If you don't get the code you get offered to call a premium phone line to… -

Outlook
Signatures from Outlook Desktop have unwanted spacing between rows. This doesn't happen with any other mail client with the same HTML signature template. The classic Yahoo UI shows the correct spacing. I've even tested with a simple signature with no frills or text designs and I'm still running into the same issue. Something is wrong on Yahoo's side with rendering on the new UI.

Stop making changes and making it impossible to recover our yahoo.com account
I do not like the way yahoo deleted my account and unable to recover my old yahoo.com account. I tried all methods, but was not able to recover my account. No codes was sent to my phone or to an alternate e-mail I use. Now I see that it has been changed to myyahoo.com

Problems with composing emails.
My idea is simply for Yahoo to get the basics right. When writing emails, the cursor jumps all over the place, and I end up with an email that does not make sense. What the **** is wrong with you ? It's one fault after another. It's not as if you have no experience ! NO, it is not my computer !

Yahoo Mail in Firefox is broken as of today
Two errors. First one is that yahoo Mail seems to be broken in Firefox. All messages prior to midnight today are greyed out and I can't see them. The magnifying glass icon doesn't appear on messages, the search function doesn't work, when I try to compose a message it won't access my contacts, and I can't open settings. Works fine in Edge, worked yesterday in Chrome and today on my iPad. Not sure if it's a Firefox or Yahoo Mail issue, but it needs to be fixed!!

Embedded graphics in email newsletters do not display at all. Only show up as a link to the content
For the past few months, emails with embedded graphics (like a cartoon newsletter with the embedded cartoon) do not display at all on Yahoo Mail both the desktop and the mobile app. The same email works fine in GMAIL. Please fix this as it is clearly a Yahoo issue.
