Error loading email.
After opening 3-4 email, I get an error message saying the mail could not be loaded. When I refresh the screen, then it loads correctly for 3-4 more emails and then errors again. I deleted all my yahoo cookies and tried again, same errors. I'm using Microsoft Edge Version 140.0.3485.54 (Official build) (64-bit). I using the older email, not the newer, less functional version.

Sorry, but I can not upgrade my mail for all payment options via card or PayPal, it gives me an error and says it is for US residents only

Trying to pay for more storage - it's not working!
I'm trying to pay for more cloud storage because I keep getting a message that it's full but I can't change my address to Australia, where I live. When I try to pay using PayPal I get a message saying it's only for USA customers. So at the moment there is not way for me to upgrade. And to make it worse the help centre feature is not working so I can't log an error. This is my last option of trying to resolve this. What should I do?

I have to refresh the page and even then sometimes it does not fix the problem.
Sometimes get a similar error trying to move messages.
Makes it virtually impossible to keep my Inbox clean and the size of my mailbox down. PLEASE fix this -

Unable to move or delete open mail items

Since September 4 2025 It seems I am no longer able to move an open mail to a selected folder or delete it. Moving an open mail message to a folder or deleting it generates an error that the mail cannot be assigned to the selected folder. It does seem to work correctly if I use the check box to select a message from the inbox, but not if I have the item opened. Furthermore I sometimes get an error when I try to open the Deleted items or Spam folder the first time after login. Since this…

accidental deletion
Today I had to look into an email received in 2023. I sadly recognized that I have lost all my incoming mail between 09.october 2022- 06. august 2025.
This is not an idea, but I have no option to get in touch with you other ways. I check my emails in Firefox on desktop and via IMAP on my iPhone. Accidental/purposeful deletion is impossible on my devices, or by me.

ALL of my emails between February and august vanished from my inbox.
I have obvious obscene emails in my unread folder that dont appear anywhere else.
I have legitimate emails in my unread folder that dont appear in my inbox.
I have obvious phishing emails in my inbox that were not blocked.
I have emails in my inbox that i have filters set to block.
Yahoo email is by-far hands-down the WORST EMAIL ive ever had. Im forced to use it by frontier.com

Fix the bug
Yahoo android app is not presenting the bottom menu with the folders. I had to delete the app to get the menu back. But one day later, the menu is gone again. You've got a major bug that needs to be fixed asap.
