  1. not all email shows up in the ALL tab

    I am in the ALL mail tab and NOT all my email shows up! in the old version, they would not show up either buy I would go down to the show all mail and they would show up. I need my work email asap. pls help

  2. My family sent me emails from hotmail and gmail but Yahoo rejected

    My husband sent me emails from hotmail.
    My daughter sent me emails from gmail.

    But Yahoo rejected those emails.

  3. Not receiving emails

    I was "over" on storage, but now I'm back down under the max and I'm still not receiving emails. Seems I may need to contact the FTC as this seems to be a scam to try to encourage people to pay for storage.

  4. Fix Errors - emails not deleting

    For months now, when I delete items, they disappear briefly but then come right back. Therefore, I have dozens or more emails I can get rid of and it's getting clogged. HELP!

  5. Bug: "correct these email addresses before sending"

    I can't reply to customer service in webmail because they use addresses that the webmail does not accept, I think it's probably the plus sign. I get an error from yahoo

    Please correct these email addresses before sending: support+idmwl6x4-d34dv@asurion-amazon.zendesk.com

    ..and it won't let me send the e-mail. In Thunderbird I can use my yahoo account to send the e-mail reply to that address without issue. It's only Yahoo webmail that does not like the address.

  6. Email addresses with plus sign should show no error

    gmail support aliases with a plus sign + for instance johndoe+secretbirthdayparty@gmail.com

    Unfortunately Yahoo Mail in Safari refuses to send emails to them and indicates that the email address is incorrect.

    Could this be corrected?

  7. Unable to Receive Important Emails

    Dear Yahoo Customer Support,

    I am experiencing a serious issue with my Yahoo Mail account. I often fail to receive important emails, especially from my bank (such as One-Time Password/OTP emails). These emails are critical for online transactions and account security.

    I have checked my Spam/Junk folders, filters, and blocked addresses, but the emails are not found anywhere. This problem prevents me from accessing essential banking services.

    Could you please investigate why these legitimate emails are not being delivered to my Yahoo account and advise how to resolve this issue?

  9. Return the Read radio button

    Please return the Read radio button on each email line. It took one click to note an email as read whereas now, a user needs to select the email and then select the Envelope icon, two clicks. BUT worse, the system doesn't automatically deselect the email so if a user selects an email to note as read and then selects an email to delete, the system will delete both emails because the first email was never deselected by the system after the user noted it as read.

  13. PAYMENT METHOD CHOSING STATE

    Hi to whom this may concern,

    We out of storage mail space so we pay for it but when we trying to pay on debit card, we have to fill ''state of USA''. But we are from a foreign country, Turkey, Turkiye. So how can we solve this problem, please contact us because we must have space to work in our firm. Thanks a lot.

  14. Telefonnummer wird nicht angemommen

    Meine Telefonnummer lässt sich nicht mehr als Wiederherstellungsoption eingeben, obwohl sie korrekt geschrieben ist und funktioniert und nicht zweimal verwendet wird. Es steht jedes Mal da: "Versuchen Sie es mit einer anderen Telefonnummer.", ich habe aber keine andere Telefonnummer, ich habe nur diese!

    Hello, I am not being able to receive or send emails from my mobile phone, why? It is saying "Insufficient storage, Couldn´t send or receive messages". I have deleted about 10000 emails today because of this and still not working, why? What can I do and how to delete enough that my yahoo-email would function again?
    I have plenty of space at least my pc is showing, why it does not work on my android phone? I have deleted pictures and still not working, please, can you help me?

  17. Možete popraviti tako da se ne moram svaki put kad upalim PC, upisivati i putem smartfona..

    Dakle, to je vaša novotarija, unazad 10-15 dana. Svaki put kad upalim PC, yahoo mail traži da se utefterim i "pametnim" telefonom, inače nemam pristup.
    Molim vas da to hitno popravite.
