Several of my clients do not receive my emails. My co-worker told me she had this issue with her email vendor (yahoo small business) was told to contact Yahoo for help with Authentication Issues, and you could adjust that for me to make them easier to be received. Is there anything I can do to change up my settings on the emails I sent out to my clients to make them visible to them?
I was told this is a specific Yahoo issue.

hotmail bounces ymail.com addresses
I get this error message at least once a week when email friends I have been in touch with for years, simple emails with text (no graphics, no links)!!!
In this case it was to a hotmail.com email address of a friend who I have been emailing several times a week for a decade or more!

you only accept phone complaints at help.yahoo.com
I cannot find where to mail or complain about bugs in your system without calling. help.yahoo.com is only a manual with very generic information.

Allow people to talk to an actual person free of charge
Its ridiculous that the only help you offer is to talk to an AI that doesn't even understand what is being told to it. It didn't help me solve my issue nor did it understand what I told it. It then tells me to go call you guys for "premium" support which requires me to pay to fix problems that are on your end. Thats unacceptable. Right now I can't view my emails iin either the app or on web browser in Chrome or Firefox and I can't delete the emails. I could use some help to fix this but…
