  3. Reason: 554 Message not allowed - [PH01] Email not accepted for policy reasons. P . Please fix as rejects legit emails

    Please give us a simple white list so that when legitimate contacts send us an email they do not get this error message and we CAN get these important emails:

  4. Sensitive information in PDF not blacked out in Yahoo Mail Attachments Preview

    I had to send some PDF files that contained private financial information that I did not want the recipient to see. I blacked out all the information and saved the files under new names. I attached the blacked out files to the email which I sent.

    I see now if I look at that sent email's attachments in "Preview" all the blacked out information is visible. But if download the files and open with Adobe Acrobat the information is blacked out. What gives?!?

    I can only hope that the recipient's email software doesn't allow them to preview the attachments.

    Lately, the Mail icon on Yahoo's Home Page shows a 1 or 2, but Mail itself shows there isn't any. Why?

  6. yahoo won't open msgs--Err15.

    Site suddenly stopped loading emails. I followed all directions on yahoo's non-help "help" page. Followed browser (Firefox) directions, including deleting Library>App Support>Firefox>Profiles>permissions.sqlite, and more attempts, for hours. I can access yahoo home page, "news..." page, other websites. It's not the browser's fault. Same results when attempted the same in Safari. So, it's not the browser, it's not the computer; it is, once again, yahoo's fault. How do I fix this latest fail?

  7. I cannot log in to yahoo mail

    I cannot login yahoo account after cleared browser data. After that I try to ask help from Help centre chat, but it unhelpfull at all, only can select from topic no able to chat with any agent, even give number 18003209335 cannot contact at all.
    At the end just release the website address change, please inform on the old websiteb the changes or link people to the new address link.

    Also add that issue in help chat.

  8. Not sync'd e-mail account in NEW mail

    In your NEW mail, my Business account shows as not sync'd, and a bunch of sent and received e-mails don't show. When I try to edit the permissions to fix the problem, your system won't let me. When i revert to the old mail, everything is there. You have a bug to fix! On top of that, you want to charge a fee for support to fix your problems!

  9. Inbox label on left of screen showing 16 unread emails, when I filter by unread emails only 10 emails show, where are the missing 6 emails?

    Inbox label on left of screen is showing 16 unread emails, when I filter by unread emails only 10 unread emails show in my Inbox, where are the missing 6 emails? Do they even exist? I have deleted all drafts, spam and emptied the bin, but Inbox label still showing 16 unread emails.

  10. Auto suggest not working

    Auto suggest has completely stopped working, after working just fine for many, many years. Tech support keeps giving me the same responses about how it's supposed to work, but no help trying to fix the problem. I don't want to, but may have to switch over to gmail.

  12. Inbox deleting itself

    Why is my inbox deleting itself after only scrolling through it? Nothing selected or highlighted and they just disappear. I had saved emails that I needed in there for a reason. Please return them to me.

  13. open e-mail auto close after 30 seconds or so

    open e-mail auto-closes after approximately 30 seconds
    I can replicate the issue by sorting email in my Inbox by "Unread" and opening any of the e-mail messages.

    The e-mail I've opened should remain open until I explicitly close it.

  14. Fix subscribing to folders with IMAP

    Subscribing to folders from Thunderbird with IMAP stopped working about 2 weeks ago. All Yahoo folders are shown and I can't unsubscribe them. Please fix this bug!

  17. Error code question

    I have a Windows 10 Home, Version 21H2, installed on ‎11/‎6/‎2020
    OS build 19044.2130
    Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4180.0.

    Using Yahoo as the default built-in mail platform, this system stopped functioning on ~8/26/2021. When I attempt to use the "fix" option, I receive the error code 0x8019019a. Your thoughts? Advise?

    I am constantly and consistently receiving an error message that there is "No Internet Connection" in red at the top center of my Yahoo Mail tab when all other web pages are functioning normally. Can someone tell me why this is and what I can do to avoid this repeated annoyance?

  20. Genuine emails are considered as Spam and inspite of saying it is safe yahoo does not learn and same errors are repeated everyday

    Mails saying Transaction alerts from ICICI Bank are marked as - we think it is spam !! Everytime I say it is safe but Yahoo does not learn and day after day the same error continues. Why your learning is non existent ?

    Secondly in my outgoing mails why the correct email id *@yahoo.com is not shown? - instead it shows my address as yahoo@update ! WHY
